Quarto muito limpo e boa localização próximo a supermercado

The room was really nice and just as described. We had a nice view out of our windows. The lighting in the room was really nice. The shower door was a bit janky but held up alright. The cooking utensils and cleaning supplies in the kitchen were a bit underwhelming but all in all I would definitely recommend this place for a short stay.

Supermarket within 150 meters. Several busses into town 300 meter departing frequently.

Enjoyed our stay. Nice to have well equipped kitchen facilities as there were limited eateries in the area. 35 minute walk to Centrum or bus stop a 5 minute walk away to go to Central Station. Staff were excellent and lovely view of river from our room. Very quiet at night.

Spaceous rooms for half the price as the rest of Utrecht. Large affordable parking space. We had a great stay for leisure/business. The hotel is a short 10 min bicycle ride away from the center, which is a lovely trip. Only down side is limited check in times, but the host were very kind and helpful for us anyways. It could be sorted with lock boxes for the future. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Le staff était sympathique, les lieux propres, situation est bonne pour se rendre au choeur de la ville. Supermarché juste à côté. Bon confort, tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner. On trouvait cependant l'éclairage un peu faible. On y retournerait sans hésiter

The lady at desk was so nice and also cleaning team were very polite. Lovely hotel and not far walk to centre of city. Supermarket close and some good nightlife also close.

Nice clean room, friendly staff. One minus point, there is no outside covered area for the smokers. I know they are a dying breed but to pretend they don’t exist is not cool.

My experience with this place was unequivocally negative and shows exactly how guest service should not look. During my stay, my car window was smashed on the hotel’s paid parking lot, and items were stolen from the vehicle. In such a situation, I expected at least a basic level of support and engagement. Instead, I was met with indifference, a lack of empathy, and a clear unwillingness to help from the staff, while the owner’s attitude was arrogant and highly unprofessional. Any attempts to obtain information or real assistance ended in being dismissed and having responsibility shifted elsewhere. The rooms themselves also leave much to be desired — they are not modern, clearly past their prime, and the overall standard does not correspond to either the price or the level the hotel claims to offer. If you value safety, basic customer service, and fair treatment in difficult situations, you should avoid this hotel altogether. I strongly and without hesitation advise against staying here under any circumstances.
