È un luogo di serenità e gentilezza, dove si viene accolti da tutto lo staff con professionalità e calore. Le foto non rendono completamente l'idea della bellezza del luogo, da poco rinnovato, e dei tanti particolari di stile.

This is a very basic Riad located in an excellent location just on the edge of the Medina. It had everything you need from a comfortable bed, hot shower, reliable wifi and good breakfast but the photo really gives a false impression of the condition of the place. The French speaking staff member was helpful and there was a man who spoke English when we arrived who explained how to enter and lock up. Bring your own toiletries as none were provided.

Nous avons tout simplement pas eu le plaisir de séjourner dans ce riad car io était fermé et personne ne répondait au téléphone. Je vous le déconseille totalement.

Arrived in heat if afternoon but no one available. Hidden in labyrinth of alleys and tunnels. Small dark room mezzanine level. Hard to know if it was clean or not. Very dim. Don’t expect everything to work eg a/c or shower. The intimacy of a Riad means you hear everything happening throughout the house during the night at 2 or 4 am. Bring earplugs.French or Arabic only. No English. tourist tax charge amount was random, I’m sure the ladies try their best.

We did not get to stay. We were supposed to contact the hotel in advance to get check-in instructions. We emailed two days ahead and got no response. We made multiple calls to the hotel over a period of 4 hours and got no answer. We called Hotels.com and were on the app/phone for 4 hours. We got no help and had to find a place to stay on our own. I will be in touch with you to demand a refund.

We loved everything about this Riad. It was the best one we experienced in Morocco and we stayed in several. Our room was so comfortable and spacious and the women who run the place were so kind and helpful.

El trato fue excelente, la señora es muy agradable y atenta. El Riad está cerca de una entrada de la Medina, bien señalizado y se puede aparcar bien a pocos metros. Necesita alguna renovación de instalaciones en el baño de las habitaciones y resulta algo sombrío y oscuro.

Notre séjour à était fantastique: Aisha et sa collègue sont exceptionnelles et très agréables.

Good location, welcoming and friendly staff, strong and reliable WiFi. Stayed during the Corona virus so only guest.

Nous avons trouvé que la riad était pas trop mal malheureusement humide et les finitions électriques et de plomberies n'étaient pas aux normes ( prises qui ne tiennent pas aux murs, robinet qui bougent.......etc) Les serviettes qui sentent l'humidité enfin pas terrible. Par contre le personnel super gentil.

Joli riad très bien situé au coeur de la medina. Belles terrasses avec magnifique vue sur la ville. Accueil chaleureux de Khadija d'une grande gentillesse petit déjeuner copieux. Nous avons séjourné dans la suite familiale, spacieuse et grande sdb. Nous recommandons :)
