Kitchen and washing machine is a plus. Around 4 mins walk to the nearest subway station. There are convenient stores ans supermarket around.

行前透過系統發訊息常多日不回，最誇張的是抵達當日check in櫃檯沒人，讓我們自己打電話他們才派人來，浪費了快一個小時...

The room is small yet not so uncomfortable. Although the towels aren't replaced daily, the service and consumables are still enough for my friends. Location is great. There is a small bus stop right before the hotel and a major bus stop (also the subway station) two blocks away. Staff is kind and tolerant. The biggest problem is definitely check-in. The place where you check in is around Kyoto station, while the place where you sleep is near Shijo station. There are shuttle buses, but it only departs every one hour in the afternoon.

住宿交通不方便，要走一段路才到地下鐵 酒店不提供清潔服務 床上有毛髮、大量灰塵，引致本人及朋友經常打噴嚏 晚上出現五、六隻蚊子在床上爬，十分恐怖 服務台只有特定時間有人，經常無法聯絡 房間提供的用品只有第一天有，其他四天要自己到便利店買，牙膏少得可憐 實在不明白怎會有住宿連基本的服務都沒有，下次一定不會再入住

旅館前就是公車站牌搭車非常方便，房間內有廚房洗衣機，對長住者的需求非常棒。旅館很新，很乾淨。我這次住的很滿意。

We found the cleaning staff didn't take out the garbage when we checked in. The manager and the front desk staff let us change to another room, but we still found one of socks on the floor.........really disappointed about the cleanness of room. But the front staff is really polite and response quickly. Hope the hotel will improve their SOP of housekeeping.

リーズナブルな価格で、泊まれました。四条烏丸にも近く、便利。キッチン、洗濯機まで部屋に付いていて、連泊したくなります。

室内設備も良く、綺麗です。 ホテルを探す時に、通り過ぎてしまい、ホテルのシンボルがわかりやすくあると、見つけやすく更に良いです！

Quaint and comfortable place to stay. It felt more like an apartment than a hotel, which I really liked. Being able to do laundry during my trip was a big plus. Great location—close to trains and all the main attractions in Kyoto.

I will not leave detailed information but I suggest paying a little more detail to the floors and beds. Other than that, the room was ok.

Everything you need and nothing you don’t!

Walking distance to subway and train and plenty of bus options to get to and from hotel. Very convenient to be able to do in-room laundry.

We really enjoyed our stay here while visiting Kyoto. The hotel concierge were very friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious enough for two people and I liked that we had a little kitchen area as well as a washer. Train station was nearby and location of hotel itself was central to a lot of the touristy spots we were visiting. Added bonus of having a Yamato luggage service directly across from the hotel (which I did not find out until right before our trip)!! Would definitely stay again when visiting Kyoto!
