房間夠大

整體環境非常好 鄰近市中心非常方便

They are friendly but they aren’t user friendly They will tell you to do the check in by the machine politely but the system is not good for the foreigner

房間乾淨。 浴場熱水不熱。 洗衣機只有兩台太少，等很久！

位置方便，客房整潔100分，酒店內有停車場供應，非常滿意

the staff are too busy. Sometimes they just concentrated on their work. However, the location and facility of the hotel is great.

各時段皆有對應的免費餐飲，諸如咖啡、布丁、果汁、紅白酒，甚至是配料豐富的茶泡飯，無一不令人驚艷，備品與客房服務、整潔度等等，皆屬上乘，難怪西方旅客眾多，有機會再來廣島會繼續選為下榻處。

房間位置跟內部都很不錯，但可惜沒時間用到大浴場。 早餐空間較小，取餐不易，選項一般

Highly recommended

Hotel provides free early morning coffee, afternoon tea, happy hour drinks and light night meal. Guests don’t need go outside cafe and enjoy a free drinks all day in a restaurant and have relax place to rest and work.

房間舒適，中午還有茶黇咖啡可食用，晚上提供茶泡飯讓你自行取用，用料豐富且不像有些供宵的飯店限制一大堆。

服務人員對我們客人耐心又有禮貌，相較於亞洲客人 ，就沒有那麼好的態度，希望服務人員一是同仁

以日本住宿來說算大的房間，重點有大浴池、不同時間還有提供飲料、消夜，很棒，住的很舒服

酒店有不同時段的免費飲品或小食供應, 很體貼. 房間有算寬敞, 但室內照明稍為較暗, 若能有多些燈光較好.

Hotel offers free coffee, tea session, happy hour and late night snacks. Room is large and clean. There is also hot spring for guest ti enjoy. atop floor has a nice view.
