This hotel is quiet and service is good, but the hotel itself; the room and facilities are aged.

Perfect for what we needed, a last minute 1 night stay. Felt quite dated so wouldn’t recommend for a long stay. The staff were lovely though

Lovely building, stay was fine. Nice people and food was good. Only issue was the shower, which was more of a dribble. I had to leave very early so was no opportunity to mention it to anyone. Would certainly stay again.

Great stay at Park Hill Hotel. Attended a party in the marquee which was great. Room clean, a little rustic (no usb sockets)but only minor issue on our part not the hotel. Breakfast was by far the best hotel breakfast I’ve had in a long time. Fresh, food cooked really good and there was a choice and it seemed like unlimited coffee, tea and juice. I would stay here again for sure.

No potable water in room or bathroom, water pressure totally inadequate for a shower, no fridge containing bottled water. Window sash cord broken, therefore window being held open a few centimetres by a wooden prop. TV only in adjoining snuggery and not on the wall in the bedroom where one would expect it.

Welcoming despite late arrival and morning breakfast was excellent

This is a rare gem tucked away in rural Suffolk but not 2 mins from the excellent blue boar pub. The hotel is friendly and welcomes furry friends. To get a breakfast included was phenomenal.

Food was fabulous

Lovely family run country hotel, beautiful grounds, and lovely setting with plenty of parking spaces. The rooms are spacious, very clean and beds are extremely comfortable! Breakfast was included and was delicious ,loads of choice and the breakfast room looks out over the grounds.. The staff are all lovely, and friendly and very helpful . All in all, a lovely stay in a lovely hotel in gorgeous surroundings ! Within easy reach of Great Yarmouth or Lowesfoft.

POOR, Cobwebs, dirty, broken TV, dirty walls, bugs, walking around, and flying around, smelly stuffy, dirty, carpets, used bedsheets, and pillows, have photographic evidence of everything, the worst state I have ever had.

It was easy to find hotel on arriving i was greeted at reception and given a welcome pack and asked if i would require an evening meal the staff were pleasant and helpful all of in all the stay was good and would be quite happy to stay there in future

It was a beautiful location. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were a bit tired. The tvs in the rooms were so small I couldnt see it properly and in my room it was in a different room to the bedroom and after a long long family day scattering my mums ashes i just wanted to lay down and watch tv. Breakfast was great.

Nothing to complain about at all. Very friendly, good food and really nice surrounding gardens.

Ideal for people with dogs. Parking on site which was handy. Loveky grounds outside. Very dated rooms and the shower was not at all powerful.

A traditional guest house. Nice and quiet. Ideal for a business traveler, plain is style and facilities but very high quality food - excellent steak. And clean throughout although dated in places.

Great place for a short break whilst visiting relatives on nearby Oulton. Really Covid safe. Lovely breakfast
