飞机晚点，到达酒店已经是第二日早上7点，很nice的延迟到下午3点退房，房间很舒适，很温馨的赠送了水果和巧克力以及欢迎信，硬件设施比广州的更好一些，位置稍微有点远但是环境非常好，早餐的品质很高服务完美，非常值得推荐！

酒店內環境+服務都好，係有啲details 唔係幾乾淨。 整體算是很不錯

Love this hotel very nice very clean and its a smokers paradise

L'avevamo preso questo albergo perché era vicino all'aeroporto. Il ristorante era chiuso e non c'era nulla vicino. Alla reception le ragazze non parlavano neanche una parola d'inglese.

I've rarely bothered to leave reviews of hotels, but my experience here left me quite furious. I stayed in the hotel in October, so not so hot outside. However it was VERY hot in my room, at one point it was 27c. Clearly the Air Con wasn't functioning so I asked reception. They sent a technician who proceeded to LIE about the situation saying it would take time to cool down. Eventually they admitted that they had turned off the Air Con for the whole hotel to save money and gave me a cooling unit, which did almost nothing I should add. I would still be annoyed but be prepared to accept this at a cheaper hotel, but this is meant to be 5* luxury. Being able to sleep at a comfortable temperature is a BASIC requirement and one that I wouldn't ever imagine would be an issue at such a hotel.

El hotel muy limpio, la atención excelente, una gran variedad de comida en el desayuno y el hotel tiene una gran variedad de opciones para el huesped.

Very clean, spacious and well appointed rooms. Double sinks were a nice feature!

It's a widely open, calm and clean area. Well designed near the airport. Hopefully, other facilities or shops and taxis services would be available in the near future. The restaurant services (Chinese food portion we tried) is very excellent, best one we ever had during the "Silk Trade Trip".

아주 좋습니다. 다만, 교통과 주변 식당, 마트 등 편의시설은 전혀 없습니다. 지금 한창 주변지역을 공사중이어서, 호텔에서만 쉬고 싶은신 분들 또는 출장으로 차량이 확보되신 분들만 예약하시면 되겠네요

The room was big, the bathroom very spacious and modern, the breakfast has a great variety and high quality. The service staff is very friendly. The hotel swimming and outside garden was very enjoyable. Not so experienced with foreign credit card in restaurant area. No shuttle service to Xi’an center. Overall was excellent and would definitely stay there again.

Really amazing hotel, amazing food, not too overpriced either. Just very hard to find a bus or a taxi to Xian!!

The restaurant meal was tasty, but our dinners came out 20 minutes apart.

I want to express my experience in the hotel, The staff excellent, the food, the room, the services I can say 7 star hotel .... The buffet was really good, and the restaurant my wife and and went for dinner one time was really good. I recommend 100% rhe hotel

This marble-furbished hotel is in a very upscale suburb "New" area on the outskirts of Xian. The hotel appears to have two sections: one for tourists from outside China and one for Chinese. Both share the huge, lovely gourmet restaurant. A hired taxi is the best way to get from the airport to this hotel or to the Terra Cotta Warriors and the fine Xian (area) Historical Museum in Xian city. Hotel personnel can help arrange for the taxi. Distances tend to be considerable.
