房間乾淨，員工友善且服務迅速。游泳池很棒，清潔也很到位。我預訂的是兩房公寓，空間寬敞，非常滿意。所有設施齊全，包括全套廚房用具和廚具。我的房間正對著春之購物中心（Spring Mall）。想去春之購物中心的話，可以走人行天橋。公寓樓下有咖啡甜點區和兒童玩具區。一切都很滿意。飯店位置優越，附近的NEW ATMOSPHERE餐廳提供美味的清真食品。感謝馨樂庭酒店（Citadines Uplands）提供的所有服務。非常喜歡這裡🤍

Nice stay in Kuching downtown. It's opposite The Spring mall.

We had a comfortable stay. Check in/check out was a breeze. They have been so generous with providing us with a unit upgrade. It’s perfect for groups or family that needs a lot of space. The unit is clean and well maintained. It's complete with a 2-door fridge, microwave oven, pitcher, plates, utensils, and lots of cabinets for storage. Water dispensers are provided on the hall ways, so you can easily refill water. I like that the hotel is environmentally friendly. The hotel is right in front of a mall, you can easily cross using the footbridge, so you can buy stuff/groceries that you need. There are good restaurants next to it that you can try. The airport is ~10 mins away. Overall great experience!

Setelah 7 tahun tidak menginap di sini, kami kembali menginap dalam liburan kali ini. Kondisi sama seperti dulu, masih tetap bersih dengan fasilitas hotel seperti apartemen.

Positive: 1. They let us check in before the check-in time. 2. Good overall facilities. 3. Clean room, clean utensils. 4. Spacious living space. 5. Within walking distance to Borneo Hospital, Spring Mall, and good Malay-Indian-Chinese foods in the shop nearby. Negative: 1. Electricity was not working when I first came, but they quickly resolved it after I reported it to the front desk. 2. Breakfast options are very limited, the drinks are pretty diluted, though they offer a take-away box if you need to go very early.

Overall ok dan baik, hanya saja suasana di lorong kamar hotel agak gelap dan kurang nyaman.

Hotel apartemen nyaman, bersih, tersedia alat makan, panci, wajan, microwave dan air minum bisa isi sepuasnya. Check in dan checkout layanan resepsionisnya cepat. Senang menginap di hotel ini.

The light is off. Need wait 90 minutes to open the hotel doors. No backup elictricity.

Sempat mati lampu lalu pintu gak bisa terbuka selama 90 menit.

This is a serviced apartment that is very poorly maintained! There is no aircon in the lobby and the room has a weird, humid smell as if it has never been open for months. Not worth the price at all. Checked-in, had bad experience with the concierge, once I saw the room I immediately leave the room and does not even stay there. Not recommended at all!
