My husband and I stayed at Sheraton Beach Resort, Kuta, Bali from 10th to 12th of October. We were a bit disappointed when we got to know we have no ocean views as I booked the room with ocean view in June for my baby’s birthday, but we couldn’t go as my dog was really sick, so we postponed the hotel to October around my birthday on the 11th. I requested for an upgrade and I was willing to pay for it. But sadly their hotel was fully booked. The room was nice and sufficient. But when we walked into the room on the evening of 11th I was surprised to find it beautifully and thoughtfully decorated with banner and balloons and cards and flowers, and they even left a tiny cake in the refrigerator for me! It was very touching and exciting at the same time. I would recommend this hotel as the service is great and the staff is courteous and kind. Thank you

Waktu pesanan nasi putih telat datang, chef-nya langsung menghampiri saya untuk meminta maaf, padahal enggak telat-telat amat sih, terus karena di hari itu kami check out, chef-nya menawarkan roti untuk bekal di perjalanan plus dengan minuman dan kopi es-nya. Pelayanan bintang 5, luar biasa bagus hotel dan pelayanannya.

Hotel sangat bersih, dekat dengan Pantai Kuta dan mal 👍🏻

Pilihan tepat menginap di Sheraton Bali, dapat kamar upgrade ke tipe suite, keren banget kamarnya luas sea view, dapat complimentary cake juga untuk wedding anniversary, staff hotel semua ramah, makanan enak semua, oke. Thank you Sheraton 🥰🫶🏻

Menginap di sini sangat menyenangkan, apalagi kamar kami di-upgrade menjadi suite ocean. Pemandangannya keren view ocean, kamar luas, variasi makanannya banyak sama staff hotel yang sangat ramah dan friendly sama anak-anak. Bakal balik ke sini lagi 🥳

The hotel is very homey. I love the ambiance, the friendliness of the staffs, and the swimming pool. One of the best in Bali! Very strategic too. However, I wish there were more spices/flavors on the food for breakfast because a few of the food are a little bland.
