The hotel room is spacious. Nearby has a lot of local eateries, which makes it convenient to look for food at night. The staffs are all very friendly.

Labuk hotel staffs are very friendly and the room is spacious. They also do provide airport drop off service which is very convenient for the customers. The hotel location is a bit further from town area but Sandakan is a small town, hence going around with Grab is not an issue for us. It takes only about 10km to the downtown and 5km to IJM. Nearby hotel there are plenty of local malay cafes to dine in, open late for supper. Overall we are very happy with our stay and we will stay here again.

Neighbors make noise, singing at midnight but nobody takes action. Room air conditioner does not function well. Water pressure is low. Bathroom cock stains are terrible.

Staffs are helpful and friendly. They offer airport transfer but need to book one day earlier. Room a bit old need to maintain, but it is clean.

Room was clean and neat. The room size is spacious and valued for money. Recommended

Overall, good customer service. 5 star for that. Room was awesome but this room need some refurbish as it look a bit rundown plus the toilet itself need some repair.

Bilik bersih, luas dan cantik. lif xda jadi kalau tinggal di bilik atas perlukan kuasa super man lah untuk angkat beg y berat2 tu, tapi staf memang mesra & sedia membantu bila2 masa. I like, nanti nak stay lagi sini.

Comfy and cozy stay, friendly staff, the hotel also near with eating place; And that place having awesome foods selection; the bedroom is nice and comfy, bathroom also nice and they provided water dispenser for you to drink anytime. I would stay again later if i come to this hotel.
