Tempat penghilang stres banget.. View ga perlu ditanya.. Dengan 2 kolam dan bentuk kamar villa.. Dekat ke mana-mana..

BEDBUGS in Room 112! Actually the place was not bad. But one night ruined many days of our trip. It was very obvious that there are bedbugs in the room which eat my daughters legs with about 100bites! I had pictures of the proof how my daughter was laying there and where her legs where free to bite in that night and that was only in this hotel because she was very tired and sleep not on her back as usual. The stuff where friendly and help out with breakfast and an extra bed. But no one apologized and admit that the pictures I showed has something to do w theyr room. I talked several tomes about the proof and why they need to do something about it. The manager just told me, it is the first case and they need more data before they do something about it. I was shocked and told them how cruel it is to research some more data with costumers getting bedbugbites and complain! I hope the bedbugs not get into our stuff and travel to our house! Its very expensive and difficult to get rid of them. After change to room 120 no more bites. Good luck if you take the risk to sleep here. I hope you not cause any more data. After days she can't hold the each and keep scratching aldough treat several times every day. If you get the person of more data! Then you should get very angry to played to cause more data. This is not acceptable.

Great view from the pool. Room was okay, spacious but needed some extra cleaning and further upgrade. Too bad the second lower pool was under maintenance when we were there.

Nice view around the hotel but the pillow and the bed are very bad smell

Liburan dengan pasangan dan teman-teman sangat menyenangkan. Tempatnya sangat asri, bersih, indah, kamar luas dan bersih, tidak ada yang kurang, semua telah disediakan dan tentunya staff yang sangat friendly. Terima kasih Pertiwi Bisma.

Semua staff ramah sekali san Saya sangat senang karena mereka helping banget. Pokoknya recommended kalau menginap disini.

เป็นครั้งที่ 2 แล้วที่ได้เข้าพักที่นี่ ประทับใจมาก จุดเด่นคือสระว่ายน้ำ สวยเหมือนในรูป ปกติไม่ค่อยชอบเล่นน้ำสระที่โรงแรม แต่ที่นี่เห็นแล้วอดไม่ได้จริงๆ พนักงานยิ้มแย้ม อาหารเช้าใช้ได้ มาเป็นชุดให้เลือก โดยรวมแล้วคุ้มค่ากับราคาที่จ่ายไป ข้อเสียมีเพียงทางเข้าที่อยู่ในซอยค่อนข้างลึก แต่มีบริการให้เช่ามอเตอร์ไซค์ ราคาเพียงวันละ 70,000 IDR หรือประมาณ 200 บาท ซึ่งทำให้การเข้าออกโรงแรม + เที่ยวตัวเมืองอูบุดสะดวกมากขึ้น

Tempat dengan harga sesuai. Makanan juga enak. Suasana adem rekomen untuk yang ingin liburan dan bersantai

Hotel ini memiliki pemandangan yang sangat bagus, kamarnya bersih dan nyaman cocok untuk menghilangkan penat dari kesibukan pekerjaan dan tempat yang tepat apabila ingin mendapatkan suasana romanis dengan pasangan. kolam renang yang bersih dan langsung menghadap ke pemandangan alam menambah suasana semakin nyaman.

Menyenangkan sekali di sini .. bagi saya yang ingin liburan yang tenang hotel ini sangat recommended . Hotelnya bersih pemandangannya indah ada 2 kolam renang dan bagus 22nya .

saya menginap satu malam, tiba d ubud sudah jam 11 mlm..sesuai pesanan d pertiwi bisma 1 tapi setlah tiba d lokasi receptionist mengatakan full room, kesalahan system tidak d close , saya sudah ngantuk dan lelah dari mks otomatis marah juga dengan kondisi seperti ini, tapi pihak management menggantix dengan pertiwi bisma 2 yang jarakx tidak terlalu jauh , room d upgrade, hanya saja handuk tidak ready d dalam room

Perfect.. Hotel ini memiliki view yang sangat bagus, lokasi strategis, 2 kolam infinity pool dengan view yang keren, kamar yang besar dan bersih, karyawan yang sopan dan ramah. Saya sangat senang menginap disini.

View-nya bagus, kamarnya nyaman dan bersih. Jalan masuk menuju hotel agak rusak tetapi yang paling mengecewakan air pool-nya kotor dan bau. Tolong segera dibersihkan.

It was so good! The pools, breakfast quality and staff are awesome! They serve with their heart. Plus the location is really close with monkey forest. Love it! Btw, they only need to improve the AC, it was hot in the wooden villa. The other was perfect.

Suasana tenang, lokasi dekat dengan wisata lain, petugas yang ramah, tempatnya bersih.
