我房间的锁坏了。喷头应该装在墙上而不是柜子里，把喷头放在柜子里太糟糕了，不太舒服，而且喷头很容易松动。我想入住的时候，没有人帮忙搬行李。

Staff hotel cukup ramah, boleh late cek out 1 jam lebih. Tapi kamar tidak bagus, berisik mesin AC & pintu toilet tidak nyaman.

I booked this hotel for my honeymoon and the room that i choose was deluxe. Somehow they upgrade my room to the loft room. So grateful for that upgrade. Thank you Dorsett Singapore Hotel. The hotel's location is just next to Outrampark MRT exit 4 and if want to travel by bus to chinatown, bugis or orchard just need to cross the road and you will find many buses going to those places. I am sure we will back to this hotel again for our next trip to SG.
