整體來說非常好，值得推薦。

新酒店依然很乾淨。可惜的是，我們入住期間隔壁正在施工，所以早上7點左右就非常吵鬧，難以入睡。

很喜歡這家飯店，設施齊全，活動豐富，還有一個兒童迷你遊樂場。希望早餐種類能更豐富一些，尤其是蛋白質來源。

一切都很好，游泳池很受孩子們歡迎，Eka Kunindra 先生確實很棒，他每個月都會來這裡。

員工友善，食物美味，房間寬敞舒適。

Room a bit old and the air conditional need improvement, it’s not cold enough. Bathroom spray is not working properly.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Great experience, hotel was clean, I can see monkeys playing in the nearby forest from my room balcony! Took my time soaking in bathtub, which was very relaxing.

The room is big, the breakfast is yummy.

The Vouk Supposed To Have 3 Start Rather Than 4/5 Hotel Or Resort Stay For 2 Night ... The Hotel Is Good , What Need To Improve : 1. I Need To Wait 1 Hour For Check In Because The Room Wasnt Ready 2. Extra 45 Minutes To Get My Luggage Deliver to The Room 3. The Food Have No Many Option,and Some Items Is Out Of Stock ( They Need Refill Several Times ) 4. Maybe Because The Number of Staff is Smalll, It Takes A Time For Them To Clean Our Room , Its a 3-4 Pm and we need to call Them First

Kamarnya bersih, kasurnya enakk, balkonnya besar, kolamnya juga besar sekali

Bagus hotelnya dengan harga yang reasonable. Kalau ke Bali lagi akan stay di sini lagi.
