Unfortunately this was not a great experience for our girls trip this year. The Villas were old and rundown, not like the pictures at all. None of our doors actually locked and neither safe had batteries either. Every time we left, we were scared our things might get stolen. The staff were very friendly but seemed like they didn't know how to sort issues. Their fridge door was broken so we couldn't put anything on the bottom door shelf. We never had hot water and they sent someone to look at it. He turned taps on and off then said he'd be backin 10 minutes, but we never saw him again. We did notice that if we had wet hair and laid on the bed using the pillows, black dots that looked like mold appeared on them. This happened to two of the girls on 4 pillows total! Unfortunately the pool was disgustingly green and growing algae by the end of the trip, and we couldn't use it the last few days. No one cleaned the pool once. The bed linens were never changed or cleaned the whole week were there. They only remade the beds. Sometimes they left rubbish around even after "cleaning". We booked for 5 people but only received 3 sets of towels, we had to ask for extra, but they only gave us extra pool towels and not extra for the shower. During their cleaning, they didn't replace toilet paper when it was empty. I had to specifically ask for more toilet paper. The breakfast always arrived cold and the food you can order was small portions for what you and also arrived cold. It's probably not the worst out there, but will not be staying here again!

Tempatnya enak, bersih, stafnya ramah, cocok banget untuk liburan keluarga. Hanya saja makanan nya agak kurang enak tp overall recommended sih 👍.

Kru villa ramah+makanan enak.+lokasi strategis.

Lama menunggu waktu check-in karena sudah lewat dari jam 2 masih menunggu karena sementara dibersihkan saat masuk juga masih kotor ada bercak-bercak di lantai kamar mandi bau lapuk, kolam kotor, meja dan kursi living room berdebu, air panas tidak jadi dan katanya harus lapor kalau tidak lapor tidak diperbaiki.

Untuk harga 3kamar memang murah, kurang puas di selimut, handuk udah dekil, alat-alat dapur udah dekil. Kurang peremajaan aja. Udah layak ganti peralatannya.

Rekom banget tempatnya bagus.

Menyenangkan, cocok buat staycation rame-rame. Dekat dengan pusat kuliner.

Untuk suasana nya enak dan nyaman, paling untuk bagian AC nya bisa di perhatikan terlebih dahulu sebelun tamu check in.

Kami sekeluarga sangat senang menginap di sini, dengan pelayanan ramah, dan fasilitas yang bersih, serta sistem cluster yang tidak terganggu dengan pengunjung lain, recommended pokoknya untuk keluarga.

No amenities, no hot water, broken wardrobe, broken tv in living room. It have 3 rooms, so will suit for family stay

kamar seperti tdk di prepare, tisu abis gas abis apalagi pas nyepi jadi kita kelaparan tidak ada resto, karyawan tidak ada. air panas tidak berfungsi, perlengkapan mandi tidak ada sama sekali (sikat gigi, sabun) pelayanan jelek sekali. menyesal menginap di vila ini

For just two of us, the pool is quite big eventhough we have no chance to swim there. Breakfast is excluded and the place is quite far from the main road so it’s take a while to get food, especially of you have no plan to rent a bike or car. The bed is comfortable, AirCon works fine, and the staff are welcoming and friendly. Here’s the minus, the flush is not working properly. We chose not to have a sh*t there because we don’t want make a mess in the toilet. And we can’t locked the doors as well. The place facility seems old. Overall, I would like to give 2,5 out of 5. Its not so bad for one night stay.

Villa nya nyaman, tempatnya tenang, bersih, pegawainya juga ramah, tempat ini tempat yang tidak pernah saya lupankan, moment yang sangat luar biasa, terima kasih, nanti kita akan kembali lagi, see you next.

Kamarnya panas 2 dan berdebu sampai pindah kamar ke 3 kali tetap panas, AC tidak dingin. Sarapan pun jam. 8. untuk makanan berat. Padahal sarapan harus ready jam jam 6 seperti biasa. Dan breakfastnya pun ada tambahan charge 150rb/orang yaitu continental breakfast yang aturan roti-roti yang datang roti tawar yang dibeli di indomaret yang di panggang biasa dan alakadarnya. Dengan harga villa lumayan mahal tapi pelayanannya kurang.

Cleanliness was poor, air conditioner in the room was not cold. TV channels was very bad, no basic channels and broken
