Resepsionisnya ramah, kamar bersih, saya sudah beberapa kali menginap di sini, lokasi tidak jauh ke KPJ Specialist Hospital dan sangat dekat Pelabuhan Situlang Laut, jadi saya nyaman membawa orang tua saat berobat ke Johor.

Kali ke-2 menginap tempat ini... Next time nak lagi

Cleanliness seriously needs to be improved! Spotted a few stains on the bedsheet. Bathroom wasn’t clean. Bathtub was nice but I saw hair and it was wet so I didn’t dare to soak myself in it but just stand up and shower which was so inconvenient! But overall and otherwise, everything was perfect. Had a peaceful sleep and comfortable stay. Staff were friendly and accommodating too. Thanks everyone! Might consider returning back again

Hotelnya nyaman, dekat/bersebelahan langsung dengan Pelabuhan ferry Berjaya Waterfront, jadi yang mau menyeberang ke Batam bisa langsung jalan kaki. Restoran tempat makannya banyak, baik yang di dalam pelabuhan maupun di luar pelabuhan. Recommended buat yang mau santai.

This is my first time staying. So far, the room is comfortable and the hallway is very eye-catching with the clean red carpets covering the floor. There's 7-Eleven that's open 24/7 if I needed to grab anything. There are facilities that I can access such as a gym and pool, but I used their pool only, and it is open from 7 AM - 7 PM. I stayed there during the weekdays, so it wasn't crowded. The hotel is near local food restaurants, fast food, and just a few minutes away from the sogo midValley Mall (if you're planning to shop & have fun). On the other hand, the TV provided in the room isn't a Smart TV (no to Netflix). If you're planning on chilling, you need to bring your own projector. The parking can be waived, but you need to park inside the mall area which takes you about 10 minutes of walking to reach the hotel (a bit far and gloomy). So if you have a lot of luggage, just drop them first at the lobby before you park, or you can opt to pay RM15/day and park in front of the lobby area. Overall, my experience is amazing. I would like to return and stay again.
