首先，进入房间后，气氛非常宁静祥和，让人感到安全舒适。房间宽敞，祈祷空间也很舒适。早餐也很棒，种类丰富，味道鲜美。我最喜欢那里的咖啡机，据说味道很棒。 下次如果再去亚庇，可以再次光顾。清真寺也在附近。

我住过这家酒店很多次，我敢保证，这是亚庇最好的酒店之一。停车场很大，房间宽敞，氛围也很棒。我以前尝过这里的食物，非常精致。我喜欢这家酒店的一切，以后一定会再来。

因为我们刚从机场回来，所以最后一刻预订了酒店住宿。我们凌晨1点到达，入住很顺利。无需押金。早餐种类丰富，我都很喜欢。非常推荐，以后一定会再住这里。❤️

Bilik tak serupa bayaran.bilik bau & Kotor.malam last suruh pindah tingkat lain sebab aircond problem.

First. I have a bad experience at their counter check in. The worker asking a deposit during check in. When I ask on why still need the deposit, the staff said I the event I made a faulty to the stuff inside the room then the deposit is as compensation. For me the way the staff respond towards me is very rude. Secondly, the room's pillow in blue colour smells stinky. They still provide it to guest. Thirdly, I asking the reception if I can check out a bit late since my flight was far longer after the check out. But the reception reply me if I late to check out later than 1pm then the system will automatic charge me for another night. It didn't happen in other hotel. This is the first I encounter like that.

Nice to stay. Near Masjid Negeri Sabah for prayer. What a wonderful experience in Kota Kinabalu staying in Riaa Hotel.

Nice and pleasant stayed in Raia Hotel KK.

All are okay except the breakfast. Simple and just okay. Hope they improve more.

Good deal of the hotel. Good location in the middle of Kota Kinabalu town. Easy access and parking for customer.

Proses checkin lambat sangat, padahal datang jam 5ptg.. kena tggu lagi stgh jam sebab tengah kemas bilik.. sarapan pula mcm x berbaloi dengan harga, makanan cpt habis lepastu pekerja pun ikut berebut sekali ambil makanan🥴 adoiyai.. ok lagi time tabung haji yang handle dlu, sekarang ni memang x suda la mau stay sana. Karpet bilik pun kotor mcm x pernah dibersihkan.. hmm

Alhamdulillah okay. tapi breakfast tu tak berbaloi. tak banyak menu.
