我总是住在这里，因为这里靠近 Pudu 轻轨站，附近有 Nasi Kandar Ali Corner、Tealive、Mixue、The Store 等餐厅，而且早餐总是很美味。我只是希望接待员能微笑一点并且不要有太大的压力。 最好的是这家酒店为顾客提供免费停车服务。值得在这里住一晚。房间和浴室的清洁度也有所提高。

Saya suka menginap di hotel ini. Dekat dengan Stesen Pudu, senang akses ke tempat lain. Banyak restoran, kedai minuman dan ada The Store berdekatan. Ada parking dan breakfast. Nasi lemak dan nasi goreng sedap. Ada iron disediakan di setiap level. Cuma kalau nak menginap, pilih yang ada window sebab kalau bilik windowless, bilik ada bau hapak sikit.

Kamarnya bersih. Km mandi legah dan makan pagi enak sekali

The guard and receptionists were very friendly and helpful. However, maybe this hotel can improve the cleanliness level. My parents can't sleep because of the itchiness. This hotel was very near to the eateries and subway station. Easy access to the major shopping malls.

We have bad experience when check out of this Pudu Plaza Hotel. First, even we have paid the hotel in advance before check in, the recepitonist asked us to pay deposit. My friend brought the husband and 2 kids. At the time we were check out, the deposit of my friend would be deducted caused of blood stain in the bed sheet, but in reality no one was bleeding from the room. So guys be careful and aware with any situation in the room of hotel at Kuala Lumpur malaysia.

The hotel looks old, but quite comfy. Right next to ICC Pudu, which is great. Big supermarket inside building, so very convenient. Wi-Fi weak on high floor. Money worth budget hotel.

I stay here many time good and comfort I go anyhotel feeling not same here I will come again when I in Malaysia.

Hotel ini cukup strategis, staf ramah, makanan tidak terlalu mengecewakan meski kurang variatif, tapi tetap ada buah, salad, kopi, teh, sirup, nasi, dan lauk lainnya. Kebersihan terjaga.

Check in tidak bisa early harus nunggu jam 3 baru bisa check in. Padahal udah kita pesan jauh jauh hari supaya bisa early check in. Tapi sampe di sana tidak bisa. Dan harus deposit 110 Ringgit dan pas ambil deposit ternyata di potong 10 Ringgit. Hanya di ke'balikan cuma 100 Ringgit. Kecewa.

Very nice place to stay, clean, got free breakfast, there are The Store supermarket and Mr. DIY inside the building, there are also Mixue and Tealive. Beside the building, there is ICC Pudu where there are lots of delicious food stalls. There are lots of shops and food stalls around, lots of delicious local food around the hotel, near Lalaport, BBCC, BTS, will come back again. Thanks Pudu Plaza Hotel.

The hotel had bad smell. The receptionists were very slow. The hotel card had a lot of problems that made us went back and forth to the receptionist. Not a really good experience.

Pelayanan sangat baik, hotel sangat nyaman.

Dengan harga 500an, dapat kamar lumayan luas dan sudah dengan sarapan. Air panas dingin lancar. Wastafel lancar, toilet lancar dan tidak bau. Tisu gulung terpasang 2. Dapat 2 set sampo sabun tube. Kualitas sarapan lumayan untuk ukuran hotel bintang 3. Mudah mencari grab. Ada warung makanan halal persis di depan hotel.

Service very slow, Reception counter only one person working. And running a old type of business style check out have to check the room before leave.
