Resort nya nyaman, staff sangat informatif dan membantu sekali. Stay 1 hari include breakfast, bisa pakai sepeda hotel, pool ada 2 main pool dan infinity pool. Saya menginap di kamar 509 dengan view sawah, bagus banget. Makanan sangat enak saya pesan room service bebek megoreng recommend banget ga kalah dengan bebek yang terkenal. Saya rekomendasikan wapa di ume resort & spa untuk liburan/honeymoon.

Tempat menginap yang sangat menyenangkan, tenang banget, dari kamar bisa langsung melihat pemandangan sawah yang hijau, cocok untuk homeymoon dan rehat sejenak melepas penat dari kesibukan sehari-hari, jadi fresh lagi . Nyesel karena hanya menginap hanya 1 malam. Tapi sangat-sangat puas dengan pelayanannya, kooperatif , ramah, makanannya enak banget, fresh, sekarang malah kangen pengen breakfast pancake dan nasi gorengnya enak banget, recomended banget dan wajib menginap di sini lagi, pengen banget nyobain spanya juga karena kemarin tidak dapat slot, hehe karena bookingnya di last minute . Terima kasih banyak wapa di ume resort & spa, sukses selalu.

Kamarnya bersih, amenities lengkap dan oke, semua staff nya ramah dan helpful, pool bersih, walaupun kasurnya pakai kelambu tp sama sekali nggak bersin-bersin, makanan juga enak 😊.

5 star experience. All hotel staff are so friendly and kind, spacious room and bathroom with super big bathtub, comfortable bed, calm environment, and proper cleaning/hygiene. Hotel facilities are also top class with gym, infinity pool, and buggy car to take you roaming around hotel area. Breakfast at Mr. Wayan restaurant are simple yet delicious. Will definitely plan to come back again. Very recommended for honeymoon, vacation with family, or getaway from busy environment to enjoy serenity among ricefield

Tempat parkir mobil luas, bonus mobil dilap dibersihkan. Karyawan ramah-ramah, pelayanan oke mantap banget. Dapet welcome drink juga. Area villa luas dan banyak variasi tipe kamar. Menu breakfast cukup banyak dan tersedia semua. Bakalan kesini lagi sih kalo staycation di ubud.

Menginap di sini tanggal 16-18 September 2021. Booking via traveloka. Pada saat datang kesini masih sepi pengunjung karena masih suasana ppkm. Saya pesan kamar di Ume Suite. Kamarnya sangat besar dengan bathtub view sawah. Di sini tidak ada TV karena konsepnya ECO living & tenang. Untuk pesan makanan bisa di antar ke kamar tapi sayangnya pilihan menunya tidak banyak sehingga kami order di luar. Untuk menu breakfast nya lumayan enak & semuanya fresh. Pelayanan staf nya sangat ramah semuanya. Di sini ada tempat untuk yoga, gazebo dan kolam renang. Benar - benar pengalaman menginap yang sangat menyenangkan. Next time akan menginap di sini lagi

Here for my parents wedding anniversary. The service was great, room and the view also great. Overall, a nice stay. Will be back for sure.

Actually, I want to brief this: 1. The people's service was awesome, helpful, and friendly. But, I think due to covid19, the front desk and technician won't be able to help you after 6 PM, also the restaurant was closed at that time. 2. The 2nd night of our stay, I got to upgrade the bigger villa since our room's electricity was down and none of the technicians were there to help (as I mentioned on point 1). Sadly, the water and the water heater at our upgraded villa was not already set up for guest. We couldn't get hot water and got only cold water with a small volume, anyway. But again, tried they can to do service recovery the next day by having us their free lunch and late check-out, even they offered us one more night to stay. I think I can really understand the situation of Bali's hospitality business due to covid19 attacks, it is super sad seeing Bali struggling like that. Wapa Di Ume has super nice service and people, the situation I got positively can be way better when people come and pay for the room that they can provide you all the service normally. Get well soon bali, be strong 💪. Thank you Wapa Di Ume for the service among your struggle. ❤

Penginapan yang sangat menyatu dengan nuansa alam. Hospitalitynya sangat bagus. Semua pegawai sangat ramah kepada tamu. Fasilitas cukup lengkap. Ada kolam renang, taman, restoran sampai tempat yoga. Yang kurang hanya wifinya kurang speednya sedangkan signal gsm tidak terlalu bagus dan tidak ada TV di kamar. Jadi harusnya wifi jadi satu-satunya pilihan hiburan ketika di kamar. Variasi menu pilihan untuk sarapannya kurang banyaak terutama untuk indonesian foodnya.
