Service nya kurang mantap, angkat luggage sendiri dari kamar sampai lobby, mau naik ke mobil juga ga ad yang bantuin ngangkat ga kaya di hotel bintang 5 lainnya, karyawannya agak cuek.

I am enjoy stay in ramayana hotel, the hotel bit old, (authentic Balinese) but they renovated look better, hotel very clean, staff friendly, but the food breaky not impressed. Pool clean, good location.

I was in room 628. The light in toilet non stop on-off the whole night, cannot rest. As well while inside toilet the light non stop on-off. The breakfast, I ask bacon because 2 left only there when it's 9.30 am. And they say ask the guy on the egg station instead of the service help to refill or ask.

The room lil bit old but its good, clean and big enough for 2. Location is great. Varied breakfast menu. Staff are friendly, they even prepare birthday cake for me, I really appreciate it 🙏. Suggest: The elevator should be renewed, open the swimming pool earlier, need chairs in balcony.
