Worth the price, quite clean, helpful staffs.

Hotel room was very clean. Checking in was okay. Location wise it is great. A lot of parking spaces as well to park our car. We requested lower ground room since there is no elevator here. However, our room was situated in beside the corridor in front of the building. There were two tables and chairs there and few people just sitting there and talk very loud during the night. We had to complaint to the hotel to ask them to move to other place to chat. Another thing is the sound of the water in the pipe from other room is very much audible from our room and it is quite disturbing at night. The hot shower was not quite hot as well.

This hotel is a Muslim friendly because smoking and Durian inside hotel was not allowed. If you got caught, the RM50 additional deposit will be their cleaning services. You can choose whether you want a room with windows or without windows for those need an extra privacy especially Muslim woman. Anyway I'll come here again if got some chances.

Everything good. Stayed here for 3nights. Staff very friendly, polite, always smile with eye contact. Room was good also. Air-condition cold. Big window. Water pressure is good. And the bed is comfortable. They provide 4 pillow some more. Room no dust, very clean. Just don't have shield parking, very hot. Definitely back Ipoh will stay here again. First of all, this is a budget hotel. Check in process : this is during mco period, so need to register yourself via QR code, temperature taken before proceeding to receptionist counter. The whole process is swift and straight fwd. A deposit of RM50 is collected. Room: decent in size, clean with basic amenities. The bed, firm mattress with 4.pillows. Air conditioning system works well. Shower - adequate in size, good rain shower, with moderate water pressure. Wifi - easily connected and fast. TV -, good reception but limited channels Tea/coffee - available, kettle as well Parking - ample space available Surrounding area is very quiet. The hotel is kind of secluded in a very private area. Check out - show your deposit receipt, your deposit is refunded. Very easy process. Overall - satisfied with this hotel. The rate is also very cheap. Staff are friendly.
