Everything is really amazing, and we really love it. Friendly and attentive staff, comfy room, and the food so yummy. We celebrated our birthday and the staff so lovely to got us a free upgrade room and birthday cake. Really nice experience and we really want to stay again here.

Room was modern, clean, and well maintained, only lacking mosquito spray and to be honest I prefer the shower are fully closed with glass instead of a piece of curtain. The private pool got so many dead leaves from the jungle. Breakfast is good but limited choices and its shame we can only choose one of each course, while most of 5 stars hotel don't limit the choices, some even provide a full buffet.

Tempatnya bagus, banyak tanaman, kamar juga luas, ada private pool di kamar dan ada kolam ikan juga. Kolam renang yang publicnya juga gede, makanan enak. Staff juga ramah ramah semua. Massagenya enak, shambala massage.

Lokasi strategis, hotel bersih & nyaman, staf ramah, juga menerapkan protokol kesehatan dengan baik. Breakfast juga enak. Rekomen hotel ini.

We really enjoyed our stay in Como Uma Ubud. The location is quite close to the citi center, but not located in the crowded area which gave us private and comfortable stay experience. Like the ideology, Uma means Home, we really feels like we're as comfortable as we're at home but with more facilities:) the breakfast was amazing both in terms of the taste and the restaurant ambience. We also have great ricefield walk experience with helpful guide from Como. There was a beautiful yoga paviliun with amazing Campuhan River sceneries, perfect for those lookinng for different yoga experience. The pool is also very nice, enjoyed our afternoon swim with nice ambience. The best part of course is the hotel amenities. We fell in love with their signature invigorate scent from our welcome Oshibori. Purchased some to take home since we love them very much. Thank you Como Uma Ubud for the very satisfying experience, hope to have another visit in the future.

Best welcome drink, best staff ever! Super clean! Every time I stayed in hotels or villas nothing clean as como uma, the floor, the desk, bathroom, everything, because in this pandemic I always to spray sanitizer cleaner to all of desk and floor to clean but in this hotel the tissue was clean! No dusk at all. All the staff super friendly and will help you every time even when you not seek any help. You guys must stay in this hotel! Thank you como uma for the best experience in the end of this year.

Best experience in Como Ubud. All the staff are friendly and care about us. I was stunned by the delicious taste of the food.

The staffs are so friendly. Great services, but maybe for the private pool is too cold when raining and can be regularly cleaned because so many leaves and animal around it. They give enjoyable activities like morning walk and biking. The villa is big and have various amenities. They give free 60 min massage for one person included from your booked room. But make sure you recheck the room type at the hotel website because it might be different from the app.

They upgraded me thanks for that. nice room but it was not clean. When I arrived there is spider web on the chair as hotel being closed for 8 months. The staff were wonderful..just the cleanliness suppose to be their main concern too.

Our 3 nights staycation in villa with private poolwas awesome. the villa was always clean, the staffs made it feels like home, the food was great.
