優點：員工服務一流。從前台到餐廳，再到兒童俱樂部的工作人員，每個人都非常友善。飯店設有寬敞的兒童遊樂區。從兒童俱樂部到動物餵食區，飯店甚至飼養了珍珠雞，讓它們自由漫步，增添了自然優美的氛圍。飯店提供免費下午茶和夜床服務，並贈送餅乾和巧克力。早餐種類豐富，味道鮮美。缺點：淋浴間與浴缸相連。若攜帶兒童或老人出行，請務必注意。

這是我第一次嘗試Plataran，它真的很適合我。

飯店員工非常友好，設施整體來說不錯，可能只有健身器材有點壞。泳池很乾淨，景色很美，房間也很乾淨。在Plataran Ubud的住宿體驗非常愉快，我一定會再入住。太棒了！

The room was pretty basic and the housekeeping could’ve been better. But the view and surroundings were amazing! Big thanks to the front office team — they were super helpful and made up for it by upgrading our room and giving us complimentary massages for two. Really appreciated their effort and great attitude!

Love the location of the hotel and how close it is to Ubud center. My son enjoys the walk around the hotel to feed the fish, visit the newborn sheep, and swim in the pool! We enjoy the free afternoon tea and the sweet goodies we got for supper. It’s the small gestures of the hotels’ service that made our stay a pleasant one.

Super recommended for healing, this hotel has very professional and great staff. Facilities are very great, my kid is so happy here and she asked me to stay there forever. The restaurant is good, has a very reasonable price, and tastes good.

The ambiance of this hotel is really worth the prize! The area of this hotel is exactly in the center of Ubud, so you can go to Pison, Tukis, and another famous cafe just by walk. The serenity, their service is really good!

Bagus is the staff who welcomed us and gave us a surprise for our 30th anniversary. He also showed us around to the near village, and he is also helping guests at the breakfast time in the resto. He is multi-functional. The view from our room is wow, like a little paradise. I like this small but homey hotel. We always order bacon as we request, crispy yum.
