飯店位於城市郊區，可從高速公路輕鬆抵達。飯店週邊有許多便利設施，但市中心並不便利。 房間略顯陳舊，需維護。 停車位非常擁擠，建議停在飯店外，風險較小。 餐飲：僅提供便利。

breakfast, minta air suam....sampai habis breakfast air suam pun tiada. staff buat tak tahu.....

Overall it's great!!! Fast check-in, the breakfast was good.

Such a shame a grand hotel like this deterioriating in every aspects. Room is very dark. Two lamps not working. Hotel looks tired.

Karpet bilik agak berhabuk, bilik air tiada air panas, air kolam pon agak keruh..

saya dah buat aduan 2 kali berkenaan wifi, tapi masih tiada pembaikan. pihak hotel maklum yang pihak penyelenggaraan akan datang ke bilik untuk perikaa namun tiada seorang pun yang datang sehingga saya c/out.

Great experience. Friendly staff. Clean hotel with good breakfast choices. Love the gym and the swimming pool. I got a spacious room at a good price. Value for money. My only comment was the food was not topped up fast but understandably it was during peak days (weekend during school break). But the food are delicious anyways. Recommended

The room furniture looks old and some of the it already broke. The toilet drain was cloaked and water heater not functioning

Room is a bit dark and stuffy. Some lights were not functioning.

Bilik spacious, tilam dan bantal selesa. Recommended, setentang dengan Lotus Mergong, banyak kedai berdekatan.

Nice stay. Clean comfortable room although the room lighting was not to my liking. Too dim for comfort at night, except if one just wants to sleep right away as soon as night falls. The afternoon tea at the cafe was very nice. Compliments to the chef and team. Breakfast was OK, except that the cafe was swarmed by group guests, which made other guests felt uncomfortable and the Breakfast spread weren't replenished quick enough. I had to ask the staff if there was any fruit left before it got replenished. Even the chilled bottled juice were almost empty by the time I arrived at 7.40 am. Other than those, I would rate the hotel well above average.
