总觉得床上有虫子咬人，头两天一直睡不着。服务还可以，离中心区不是太远，但走路也要半个小时，基本上还是要租车的

外表一般，內在還可以。性價比算好，唯一問題是自來水是鹹的，不能飲用，不清楚是整個市區問題還是酒店本身問題。

After mid- night pick up service from airport to hotel is excellent. It is because it is very difficult to get a taxi in Saipan during mid- night.

很差，浴室设备破烂！

附近沒有賣東西的Market, 水要到前台買兩美金。有停車位，這裡的水是泳池的味道，洗了衣服也是一股氯氣的味。浴室牆壁有蚊子屍體在牆上也沒有清潔，浴室有幾只蚊子，裝修近幾年似有翻新過但還是有老舊的感覺，門鎖開時比較複雜，凳桌沒清潔有污跡，毛巾舊舊的，走路到dfs要20分鐘，沒有Bus可搭，check in本來寫一點鐘，但第一天兩點鐘到還要等二十分鐘。枕頭軟又扁，床很硬，我不喜歡彈簧式的軟床喜歡硬的，但這也實在太硬了。浴簾短，水一定會弄濕外面，連住時浴室都沒有清潔好，瓷磚有污跡。豪華雙人房洗澡是個水花四濺很差的手提式花灑頭，雙人房是在頭頂不能移動的蓬蓬頭。電視約有21寸大小，中文電視台只有一個中天綜合台。唯一可取的是空調是沒有問題的，冰箱也是可以用的，有梳妝檯但自己要擦乾淨，衣櫃看似很多塵不敢用。向來不住貴價酒店，實話實說，絕對不再考慮入住，這是廉價公寓不是酒店，和國內一百多人民幣的七天相若。 之前住了幾天再在hotels.com有一天的預訂，胖胖的段髮普通話女職員說我們沒有預訂，把預訂單都給她看了還說沒有接到網站的通知，已叫她查清楚她硬說沒有，叫我們自己聯絡網站，但我們急著出去呀，她要求我們在十一點要回去收拾東西，否則就把我們東西拿走。沒理她，出去了十二點鐘回來後又說找到預訂了但房型價格不同我們應該知道，在不同網站預訂當然價格會不同，客人怎麼會知道有什麼區別呢？！你安排我住哪裡就哪裡好嗎？!明明寫著一點可以入住她硬說兩點，跟她爭辯才說會收拾房間，跟她吵了兩次都煩死了。她還瞪大眼睛態度惡劣，一點服務態度都沒有，一付對方不對的嘴臉明明是自己一錯再錯。我還沒投訴呢！之前住的角落房根本收不到WiFi,要坐在房外凳子上網，蚊子又多。續住一天換了106房就有WiFi,朋友投訴浴室怎麼有蚊子。原來豪華雙人房比雙人房貴二十多美金只是多了個偏廳和瓦斯爐和一些不乾淨的餐具，豪華雙人房只有一塊皂就什麼都沒了，雙人房會有洗頭水沐浴露和牙刷，怎麼會這麼大區別？立刻覺得訂豪華雙人房冤了，還要110美金呢！最生氣是前幾天那角落房內收不到WiFi, ,悶死了。導演說我們房價貴，但新年之前房子都訂滿了沒有選擇嘛。

This is a really nice place to stay! You will need a car but can also walk to the beach, coffee shop a few other places. Our room was clean when we arrived and was cleaned daily. That is my number one thing when I am traveling. The staff was friendly and helpful. I will stay there again!

The hotel doesn't have elevators so it was difficult carrying our luggages up 6 flights of stairs and vs versa, no bell staff for assistant either.

It's a great place..affordable..clean and safe..only issue..bed was hard as a rock..had backpains thru out my stay...need a bed that's firm and comfortable..

I liked the service, the gardens are pretty with places to sit, and the family room is large with cold ac and hot water. It only took me a couple of minutes to walk to the beach. The bathroom and kitchen need updating, and I would have liked to see a microwave in the kitchen. It was unclear online whether or not the pool is an amenity for hotel guests. I was told it was undergoing maintenance during my stay.

Excellent stay!! I like the room, it’s clean and nice surroundings. All their staffs are friendly and welcoming. Location is convenient bec. really close to downtown. I will come back again.

It was an over all great experience, happy to have chosen this hotel.With it’s budget friendly price, the amenities and facilities are worth it. The room is clean, their garden is really nice, plenty plants and flowers. Very refreshing and relaxing to sit in their room’s private terrace. Staff’s are very approachable and friendly. Felt safe at night because they closed their gate. Location is just perfect, walkable to beach and very near to restaurants and different shops. Will definitely check in again☺️

The property is very quiet but They don’t have there office together they bugged us non stop for the first two days even entering our room while we were in the restroom with there keys.

Likes: They close the gates at night and it brings peace of mind. Flowers and fruits planted around the area. Dislikes: Miscommunication within the staff. They tell you one thing and the other person changes it. I told them i needed a close parking due to my injury. They gave me a room that was a challenge for me to walk. They tried to charge me more by telling me they have me a discounted rate but I already paid through expedia. They told me 40 a night but originally 45.

Basic budget hotel. Huge bathroom was a plus. Bed was very uncomfortable/super hard and couch was very worn. But, clean and ac was cold.

Friendly staff , safe place and beautiful garden getaway 😉

Ants infested the room. Deadbolt was left in an unrepaired condition with a screw missing. I was locked in my room. Harassment and threats throughout visit.

Staff was friendly. Hotel room was clean. I didn't like the main road entrance due to it having big pot holes.
