第一次住在这里，但体验很愉快。长途旅行后，在这里住一晚，非常值得。有越野车接送。房间很大，浴室也很棒。我没什么可抱怨的。我们没有吃早餐，所以无法评论。还有，忘了拍房间照片。

Everything was good except that the hallway was quite dark, which felt a bit scary in my opinion. Additionally, accessing other floors could be slightly inconvenient if your group or family members are on different levels.

Hotelnya bagus dekat bandara, hanya jalan kaki dari Klia 1. Cuma sayang hanya tidur 5 jam saja karena gagal terbang akibat app tak infokan pesawat pindah bandara.

Booked the hotel to catch the flight next morning. Check in and check out was quick and easy. Buggy service to the airport really helped as we have lots of bags. Will consider this hotel again in the future.

Stay here as I have an early flight… They provide a buggy car to the departure hall and it only takes 2 minutes.

2Nd time stay di sini karena dkt KLiA dapet room 720 pojok room lebih luas juga ada bathtub tp menjelang jam 10 lebih tiba-tiba suara aneh dari kamar sebelah berasa gedor-gedor pintu kamar saya beberapa x juga berasa di kamar sebelah ada kegiatan kayak dihempas ke tembok beberapa x yp kl buka pintu koq ga ada orang sepi? Akhirx saya minta move room aja even ga ada bathtub its ok daripada deg2an mulu.

The hotel stuff didn't treat me like a guest at a 5 star hotel. I got different answers from different people of hotel stuff for the same question. The inventory if the room is old.

Great location for early morning flight out of klia 1. Bed is OK, a little worn out. They provide 24 hour buggy to klia 1 terminal.
