我們為了慶祝結婚紀念日去了阿維利翁帕多瓦度假村 (Avillion PD)，預訂了一間基礎水上小屋。沒想到，我們竟然被免費升級到了海景高級水上小屋（特大床），真是太棒了！小屋非常乾淨，所有設施都維護得很好。 晚上，我們欣賞了精彩的火焰表演，真是令人嘆為觀止，為我們的住宿體驗增添了特別的色彩。辦理入住和退房手續時，都是同一位工作人員扎菲拉女士 (Ms. Zafirah) 為我們服務的。她非常友善，總是面帶微笑，講解清晰易懂，讓我們倍感安心。她的服務讓我們的體驗更加愉快。 我強烈推薦這家水上小屋給所有年齡層的客人。在現今快節奏的生活中，這次住宿體驗讓我們徹底放鬆——聆聽海浪聲，欣賞美麗的日落，聆聽鳥兒的鳴叫，讓我們感覺與大自然完全融為一體。這是一次百分之百自然清新的體驗。感謝 Traveloka 這樣的應用程序，讓我們找到如此優惠的價格🥰

我想就房間提出一些回饋意見。辦理入住時，我們發現房間裡灰塵很多，而且好幾處地方都有螞蟻。由於我們帶著嬰兒出行，所以清潔度對我們來說非常重要，很遺憾，這種情況確實影響了我們的舒適度。迷你冰箱也有一股難聞的氣味。考慮到房間的高價，這樣的環境和標準與我們預期的並不相符。總的來說，房間和設施的維護狀況似乎很差。

Good place for OOTD. The scenery and place was nice.

Very disappointed with the service at Avillion Port Dickson. I left a t-shirt in the room after check-out and contacted the hotel on the same day via email and WhatsApp. It's been over 7 days with no response at all. This shows poor communication and lack of responsibility. It also raises concerns about the honesty of the staff. Not the level of service you’d expect from a hotel like this.
