我們下午1點40分到達飯店，卻被告知不能進入房間，必須等到下午2點才能入住。 需繳交10萬印尼盾的押金。 早餐有點問題。應用程式上顯示早餐是三人份（兩名成人+一名兒童）。 食物味道一般，選擇也不多。 希望以後情況會有所改善。 謝謝。

這家飯店地理位置優越，靠近市中心，附近有很多餐廳，但是飯店設施非常差，尤其是屋頂區域維護得很差，游泳池也很髒。這已經是我第N次入住這家酒店了，以前它非常好，但現在卻每況愈下，而且沒有任何改善，包括員工也不太友好。通常在其他飯店，員工都會主動問候，並且在使用電梯時總是優先考慮客人。希望飯店能夠改進，變得更好，謝謝。

早餐食物吃完後不會再添置。

在這裡住了四天，房間乾淨整潔，服務還可以，但我不知道為什麼每天晚上屋頂的音樂都很吵。我不知道是什麼類型的音樂，從第一晚就想換房間，但房間滿了。他們說最後一晚音樂聲很大，一直持續到凌晨五點。我建議如果訂房的話，不要選頂層。

這裡有直髮器和吹風機，真不錯。 🥰 早餐種類豐富，供應時間為早上6點至10點。需繳納10萬押金，可用現金或身分證件作抵押。

游泳池破舊不堪，飯店大廳的遊樂場很髒，房間不夠涼爽，維護狀況不佳。

一切順利，一套就夠了，整體來說很滿意，尤其是我在Traveloka上買的，享受了很多折扣。

i booked one night for my parents in law, and they also booked another night (two nights in total) the first night, the electricity is off for hours, in the middle of night, with toddlers and baby (can u imagine that) been several times asked the front desk about it but it gave us nothing. the second day, i booked for family room, and we got the room with cokcroaches in bathroom, fortunately the management moved us to another room (after complaints)
