The staff of the hotel are very courteous and keen on providing excellent services in all aspects to the guests.

服務態度非常好。房間整潔乾淨。食物也不錯 健身房比較歡堂舒適。唯獨是泳池水味道有點怪 如果可以翻修一下泳池附近環境。感覺會更加正 整體住宿感覺良好。

Beautiful

與家庭入住兩晚，大堂的格局與房內的設施是新簇簇的，所有的設備也保養得很好，連污跡也找不到。因為與嬰兒入住，一早與酒店的管家服務聯絡，安排了很多的嬰兒衛生設備給我們，非常體貼。所有酒店員工也很有善，要稱讚是二十四小時管家服務，非常方便，就是要查詢泳池多人與否也即時能回答。早餐及晚餐也是期望之外，「潤」中餐廳非常好。

Overall excellence! One point to note. I hope there will be milk / plant milk for the guest room. So I can prepare my own cappuccino by the coffee machine provided inside the room

Room is specious and clean, good services. They have arranged the early check-in at 12:00p.m. and late check-out at 1:00p.m. The butler services is good. I booked the room with meal, the food quality is just "average" in compare with other 5-stars hotels.

Corner room 真係好大, 房間和浴室非常乾淨整潔, 房內裝飾雅致, 非常欣賞酒店於提供環保特色日用品, 竹造的牙刷和梳美觀實用. St. Regis 管家服務很細心, 盡量配合客人須要.

Outstanding services. The room is also relatively bigger than similar hotels.
