Really disappointed. The room was not even close to what we've booked. Please take this down from the app. This is totally scam. I tried complaining, but they've told us to add 600php. Aircon was not even cold. Even the lights could not make the room bright enough.

The bathroom was not clean. It seems like it wasn't cleaned after a customer has checked. The smell wasn't good. Also the aircon was not cold even it was set to 16 degrees. You wouldn't feel so secure as the double lock of the main door is not functional. The staff did not proactively turned the internet back on when they were using the generator. I still needed to demand for it. I actually checked in in this hotel because there was a whole day power outage in the city. Overall, the price I have paid was not so worth it with the experience I've had.
