無線網路很弱。臨路的房間，面對街上的噪音，無法有效隔絕

整個單位大而無當，設施陳舊一陣霉味，杯子都沒一隻，用什麼飲水，地板也陳舊不平，雪櫃冰箱有漬連大門也陳舊不堪兼有空隙，有些少擔心安全，厠所細小，浴室也細小兼不去水，七，八點鐘落樓要帶電筒因沒照明，上樓可㩒燈制，住在這地方很不舒服，幸好床鋪尚算乾淨

The staff were amazing and very helpful. The location was superb once we found the place. Well equipped kitchenette. Great location for site seeing and restaurants. Accessible by metro and walking.

El piso donde nos alojamos estaba muy limpio, uno de los colchones algo incomodo pero lo demas muy bien, la ubicacion, atención y precio.

No one at reception when I arrived. Tried phoning the numbers on the window but they weren’t recognised. Got in when another guest let me in. Receptionist came a minute later. Room surprisingly big and well equipped. Matress was far too soft for my liking and the floorboards creaked so anytime anyone moved upstairs you heard it meaning a disruptive nights sleep. Some washing up liquid and a cloth would have been a good idea.

Excellent location. Well maintained property and amazing staff.

I wish there was a dresser in the room. The mattress on the sofa bed also needs to be replaced as it's completely sunken in and very difficult to sit on without sloping downwards. There needs to be a stronger lighting in the room as well. Finally, there was no full length mirror in the room either.

The property was great. There was noise across the street at the small bar making it hard to sleep.

Saturday night the club next door started playing loud music at 7 pm and it continued until 6 am the next morning. Yes, 6 am. It was so loud I couldn’t sleep. Don’t stay on the weekends. Only one small window and it was too high on wall to see out. Lighting is very dim. Depressing atmosphere. Also I worried that in the event of a fire there was no way out. I was on the fourth floor and had to walk up one flight. Elevator only goes to third floor and no stairs or fire escape out from the fourth floor. I also don’t see any way out on the third floor. Given the very old building, it was a concern. Also receptionist was supposed to be there from 9 am to 9 pm but wasn’t at times. Sure glad my key worked to get into building and room. Left several days early because of the concerns, dim lighting and noise.

Centric location, very friendly and professional front desk staff and nice and comfortable rooms.

It was a unique property. We had 4 rooms, each were different.

Easy access to all the sites. An oasis. Loved it.

A very nice space, however the floors did creak a lot. One of the nicest “homiest” stays. Very close to many attractions and restaurants. Very quiet at night

Schön eingerichtet Unterkunft, die jedoch in manchen Aspekten nicht auf Funktion sondern Design ausgewählt wurde. So ist das Waschbecken einfach unpraktisch. Die Lage ist gut, mit vielen Restaurants und Bars in der Gegend, auch zum Stadtzentrum ist es nicht weit und alle Sehenswürdigkeiten können zu Fuß abgelaufen werden.

Love this place , location was perfect, it was very clean well equipped,, close to everything you need shops, restaurants, front desk staff extremely nice. I will definitely stay here when I go back to Porto
