Rooms are amazing. Breakfast (included) was full of choices of different food and dinner at rooftop Gao club was good value. Joined Turkish bath and massage and was done professionally. Car park is free and offer plenty of spaces. Only WiFi was slow in the room.

Definitely not a five star hotel, i have been to other five star hotels which are far better and superior to this particular hotel.we had a 5 day stay and housekeeping would only leave 2 bath towels and 2 small towels (for 3 adults)-No bath robes provided and the mini bar was totally empty!! .Also had aunfortunate incident at breakfast in the sage restaurant when I tried to get some hot water for my tea unbeknown to myself the cup i picked was cracked and leaked hot water all over my hand and my middle finger got burnt! It took the staff 10 minutes to get me some ice and tried to keep it hush hush and the staff apparently didn’t know the complaints procedure and english!!

Very welcoming staff. Super clean. Excellent breakfast - they have my favorite hotel breakfast - including a honey comb and maple syrup. There is something for everyone.

Oda çok güzel, temiz ve konforluydu. Kahvaltı çeşitleri iyiydi ancak odalarda pencerelerde ses yalıtım açısından ciddi bir sorun vardı ana cadde üzerinde olduğu için dışarıdaki araçların bütün sesleri odanın içindeydi.

Biz otelde fazla vakit gecirmedik.Ama bulundugumuz sure icinde asansörlerden birinin calismamasi disinda negatif hicbir durum olmadi.Bayram kalabaliginda tek asansor olmasi trafigi bayagi artirdi.Herzaman boyle aksilikler olabilir uzerinde durmadik.Temizlik gayet iyiydi. personel guleryuzlu ve kibardi.Otelin konumu bizim icin cok idealdi.Antalyaya is yada cevreyi gezmek icin gelenlerin rahat edecegi konforlu bir otel oldugunu soyleyebilirim.Kahvalti ya da yemek yemedik o konuda bir fikrim yok.

Well for vacationers this is NOT the hotel of first choice. This hotel serves airline crews and business folks. I will NOT stay there if your are on action in Antalya

Die Fenster in den Zimmern waren undicht. An windigen Tagen hat man ein sehr lautes Windpfeifen gehört wodurch ich ständig wach geworden bin. Nach technischer Prüfung wurde gesagt, dass es dafür keine Lösung gibt und ich die Gardinen zuziehen kann ??? Eine weitere Aussage war, dass die Rollladen zu Hause auch Geräusche machen wenn es windig ist. Zimmerwechsel war 1. nicht möglich, weil das Hotel „ausgebucht?“ war und 2. in anderen Zimmer das gleiche Problem sein könnte. Gerne würde ich auch eine Videoaufnahme von den Geräuschen hochladen. Leider gibt hier keine Möglichkeit.
