Ristorazione di classe, posizione strategica , ma non di immediata individuazione, colazione media

Like the location on the freeway for an easy stopping over. Staff is friendly and hotel is clean. Parking is convenient. Breakfast is ok.

Struttura stupenda, camere nuove e pulitissime. Ottima colazione e personale molto cortese.

Da un quattro stelle ci si aspettava sicuramente un soggiorno molto più confortevole. In particolare la cosa peggiore è stato il cattivo odore proveniente dal bagno della nostra camera privo di finestre e di un sistema di aereazione efficiente. Il letto inoltre aveva un materasso davvero troppo duro. Abbiamo provato anche la cucina del loro ristorante e sinceramente non è stato niente di eccezionale. Infine ci hanno fatto pagare una culla da campeggio richiesta per nostra figlia 25 euro a notte tra l'altro tale costo non era stato specificato al momento della prenotazione. Francamente il rapporto qualità prezzo non è stato per niente soddisfacente per cui non lo consiglio.

All facilities were closed at the hotel and areas around the hotel were full of broken bricks. The fountain was not working and completely in disarray. Breakfast was really poor. No tea/coffee facility and we had to ask for food to be brought out. This is definitely not a four star hotel. On top of that, when we came back in the evening, there was no one to be found at reception for around an hour!!!!! So anyone could have walked in and around the hotel as they have no security as such, just one person manning reception. It cost us €420 to stay for 2 nights (1 room for 3 and another for 2) but with no spa or any other facilities open if any kind, it was more like a 2 star. Never again. The view from our room would have been fairly nice over looking the town but surrounded by broken bricks and stones. No idea why, but looked awful.
