Great location, walking distance to Ben Thanh Market, friendly staff, the room a bit small but it's comfy,clean and verything works fine, the breakfast was amazing, helpfull staff, it's worth for the price👍

I usually do not write any reviews unless it was extraordinary, but when it's bad I just pass on it! This time I decided to write because of staff incompetence! They try and provide excellent service, opening doors for you and etc., but I ordered a wake-up call at 5 am to catch my flight the day before from the lady on reception. She put everything on the paper, we confirmed a few times, but nobody called to wake me up. I had a problem with my own alarm on the phone, that's why I ordered a wake-up call. By miracle, I opened my eyes 5 minutes before 5 am otherwise I would have missed my flight. When I checked out and ordered a Grab, they went to see if you used anything from their minibar in your room. When the taxi arrived, nobody helped you with your luggage, they have a staircase around 15 steps. The lobby is located on the 2nd floor. Water pressure does not exist in the shower, they need to add an extra pump. Would not stay here again.

When check in I asked for extra bed. But then they refused. They asked me to reserve one more room. So they will give extra bed. I have no choice because I traveled with my kids. This hotel is BAD.

Clean, tidy room, good customer service.

Fantastic place, super location, even though the room is without a window, it is super comfy and perfect for sleep as it is super dark at night. The bathroom is so spacious. The only low point is the strong smell of cleaning chemicals, and the bed could be harder. Stir-fried noodles are amazing.

khách sạn nằm vị trí trung tâm, bếp ăn sáng khá tốt, hồ bơi rất nhỏ, nhưng đều ổn. nhân viên thân thiện, dễ thương. điều tuyệt nhất là đệm nằm rất êm, phù hợp người khó ngủ như chồng mình.

Had no issues. Seamless check in and check out so it was great overall. Oh, btw the pool is small.

Phòng sử dụng thảm ở sàn nên không được sạch nhưng bạn bảo vệ rất dễ thương và nhiệt tình. Book cho cả ngày nhưng chúng tôi chỉ ở nữa ngày rồi bay. Cảm ơn bạn bảo vệ

They forgot to give me a wifi password, the TV didn't work and the staff tried to teach me how to open it (it was broken!), and there were some stains on the carpet and sofa. I noticed one cockroach in front of an elevator. Gave this score due to is quite cheap and staff were polite.

Khách sạn có vị trí đẹp, gần chợ Bến Thành. Nhân viên vui vẻ, dễ mến. Tuy nhiên, phòng thì chưa được sạch sẽ. Giường ngủ dơ. Ga giường và chăn mền đã cũ có vài vết bẩn ố đen (nghĩa là đã qua sử dụng của khách check in trước, sau đó thì bên khách sạn không thay mới mà chỉ set up lại cho khách check in mới sử dụng tiếp). Còn thảm lau chân trong phòng tắm thì rất dơ bẩn.
