This is a great hotel. It is not too far from the attractions. Good walks to the Shwedagon, the park with the lake, restaurants. It's really great being close to the park you could really enjoy

I had an amazing stay, amazing food selection but upgrade able breakfast. They provided me a very generous room upgrade to the two-bedroom suite (video can be checked on my IGTV at sourmimosa Yangon Traveling episode). The location is somewhat central, it is in a nice area not in the bustling downtown but also bot so far fetched out from the city center. Super fast services at times I needed some aids (thank you for the cork! They went extra mile to retrieve one from a neighboring hotel), and also the prompt service when the bath tub didn’t work. Best time! Nice pool.

Do not sale standard room ,price wise same compare to hotel esparado lake view but room wise 1 staris clover and esparado is 4 star.i strongly recommend to you before sale see property. Tricky thing that they make basement reception and ground floor make rooms as 1st floor.
