强烈推荐给想要拥有私人空间而非青旅的独自旅行者。如果您在入住/退房时遇到问题，工作人员非常友好且乐于助人。如果您当天想探索更多景点，退房时也可以将行李寄存在大堂。四楼的共用浴室干净整洁。总体来说，体验非常棒，谢谢！

Hotelnya bersih, dan ACnya oke tp tidak rekomen buat keluarga dan suami istri apalagi yang punya anak kecil. Kebetulan saya ambil yang tempat tidurnya single karena saya berdua dengan suami, awalnya karena reviewnya bagus n rate nya di atas 8, saya ambil aja deh tp pas sampe d lokasi, sedikit kayak kena prank 😅 karena self check in dan download aplikasi dulu dari Hp, udah gitu lambat banget karena harus scan passport n nunggu kunci d aplikasi on (namanya juga digital pasti harus sabar 😅). Ga ada staff ato receptionist sama sekali, terpaksa chat WA adminnya, jadinya kan dua kali kerja. Dari aplikasi iya (digital), dari admin juga iya (manual). Udah sampe d kamar lebih kena prank lagi dong, kamarnya tergolong sempit dan posisi bednya itu loh yang bikin aneh banget, masa di atas! 😅 trus tangga naiknya itu lohh, cuma meja n injekan ala kadarnya. Bahaya banget kalo kepleset, apalagi kalo orang baru bangun tidur masih setengah sadar lohh, ga rekomen banget pokoknya, apalagi yang lagi hamil, ditambah lagi kamar mandi dan WC nya jauh banget 😅 harus keluar kamar dan naik ke lantai 3, gabung sama tamu-tamu lain (kamar mandi khusus cewek di lantai 3, kamar mandi khusus cowok di lantai 2). Kalo tengah malam kebelet poop or pipis, udah deh 😞 kebayang sendiri. Untuk lokasi di Chinatown, banyak tempat makan n bisa jalan kaki ke mall n MRT.

Hotel is near from night bazaar Chinatown, easy access by bus/MRT, near from souvenir store. The facility was great, clean room but the rugs [are] a little bit smelly but it's okay when [the] AC [is] on. The shared bathroom [is] clean every time. I have [a] problem while check[ing] in near midnight & I contact[ed] [the] hotel by Whatsapp & [they were] very responsive to help me check in by [the] app. Thank you St Signature Chinatown, it's a great experience for [a] solo traveler 👍🏼

酒店和照片一模一样。干净、温馨、舒适。酒店配有熨斗、厨房、冷热水饮水机、吹风机，公共区域设有卫生间和浴室，因此您需要与他人共用。我住在这里时无需排队。请确保您的手机可以使用WiFi获取房间电子钥匙。酒店有管理员，24小时内可通过WhatsApp回复或解答您的问题。下次我还会再来这里。谢谢。

Good location near MRT and Chinatown. Self Check-in & Check-out is OK but you have to use credit card.

Điểm trừ - phòng rất bí, không thoáng khí. Tôi đã bị dị ứng da và mụn nặng sau chuyến đi - không có máy sấy tóc trong phòng - không có thang máy Điểm cộng - vị trí: thuận lợi để di chuyển - check in dễ dàng - nhân viên hỗ trợ online nhiệt tình.

ทำเลดี อยู่ใจกลาง Chinatown ใกล้วัดพระเขี้นวแก้วและ Maxwell เดินไป MRT ประมาณ 10 นาที โรงแรมไม่มีลิฟต์ ห้องน้ำรวม แต่ความสะอาดค่อนข้างดี

Yên tĩnh, sạch sẽ, mỗi tội thông tin đăng nhập app không được rõ ràng, nhiều mã để đăng nhập khác nhau nên mình phải chát riêng để hỏi cho chính xác.

Love this place. Nice place. Very fast response from owner. Good service. Great accommodation. Especially good Chinatown location. Who wants to explore Chinatown, this place is highly recommended. Check in & check out system which makes guest easy.

Hotel dengan sistem check in sendiri. Hotel dan kamarnya dingin dan bersih. Staff nya gampang dihubungi dan friendly. Kamarnya kecil. Kamar mandinya di lantai 3 jadi untuk kamar di lantai 2 harus naik tangga dulu untuk ke kamar mandinya. Untuk deposit harus menggunakan rekening bank.

The room is great and the staffs despite being online is very helpful! The only thing I don't like much is the bathroom that is at that time a bit dirty. I'd love to come here again in the future.

เป็นโรงแรมที่ดีมากๆ โดยเฉพาะการข่วยเหลือของพนักงาน ที่สามารถแชทติดต่อขอความช่วยเหลือได้ตลอด ห้องพักสะอาด ถึงเป็นห้องน้ำรวมแต่ก็ดูแลดีมากๆ ถ้ามีโอกาสจะเข้าไปพักอีกค่ะ

Always my favorite place to stay in Singapore. Clean, worth the price, seamless check-in/check-out experience. They don't have elevator though and the rooms run until 4th floor, so please be mindful of your luggage if you decided to stay here.

I had a pleasant stay at ST signature Chinatown the room is clean and cozy though I hope that the shared toilets is just within the floor where the room is. Its quite a hassle to walk up to the 3rd floor to shower and use the toilet. But overall I will still recommend backpackers and light travelers to check out ST signature Chinatown Hotel.

Unique way to check in Singapore. I am happy with the friendly and fast service. I ordered a room with window, but when I checked in I didn't get it, then the Cs gave it. I am very satisfied living here. Clean and comfortable. Not difficult to get to MRT station. Closed to food center in China town.

ดีมากๆ ชอบมากค่ะ มาครั้งหน้าจะมาพักที่นี่อีกแน่นอน โรงแรมนี้เขามีแอพพลิเคชั่นของตัวเองด้วย เอาไว้ติดต่อพนักงานได้ เขาตอบไวมากและเป็นมิตรสุดๆ ค่ะ และเอาไว้เช็คอินเช็คเอาท์ออนไลน์ได้เลย นี่ตอนเช็คอินตัวก็ไม่ได้อยู่โรงแรมค่ะ เที่ยวอยู่ สะดวกมาก ไม่เสียเวลาเที่ยวด้วย ห้องนอนถึงจะแคบไปหน่อยแต่สะอาด กลิ่นหอม แอร์เย็นมาก ห้องน้ำก็สะอาดมากค่ะ แนะนำเลย ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ที่ตั้งสะดวกด้วยค่ะ รอบข้างของกินเยอะมาก ใกล้ maxwell hawker ด้วย 👍🏿 ส่วนวิธีมา นั่งบัสมาจะเดินใกล้กว่าลง mrt chinatown นะคะ เสิร์ชวิธีมาใน citymapper ได้เลยค่ะ ลุย

Hotel is clean. Small room but cozy and comfortable. It's located in central area, very convenient to travel around by MRT or bus or even walking. Check in/out or when you want to find a help could be solved through its app promptly. Though I haven't met any staffs there but can feel they're very friendly and hospitality.

The deposit take long time to get back.
