我在这里度过了一个非常棒的假期。员工热情友好。感谢Levohr的周到帮助。房间漂亮又豪华，尤其是餐厅。所有菜肴都美味可口，品质无可挑剔。我希望有机会再次光临。

Worst service ever. When booking the room, I submitted a special request for early check-in from 2pm. Then I arrived at 2pm, they refused for check in early but said to let me check in once the room is available. The bad thing is there are also other people arrived after me to check in, but they're given the key to room even before me. I saw that and asked the reception again about my room. The reception again refused even it 's only 15 mins til 3pm. The hotel is not crowded at all so this is ridiculous. I cannot expect that kind of service at a 5-star hotel like this. The worst is yet to come. After checking in the room for 1 hour, around 4pm, their staff started cleaning the hallway with their super noisy vacuum cleaner. The room is 0 % sound-proof which results in an annoying experience here. I just wanted to take a nap but they keep running that cleaner in front of my room. Why didn't they clean the hallway before I checked in? The air-conditioner in room also made so much noise that I couldn't have a sound sleep. Last but not least, I also got a massage session to be used. The reception said I could book whenever I want to without noticing me about the limited resources. Then in the morning before checking out, I wanted to do the massage, but they said there 's no available slot for me till 5pm that day. This was the last straw. I couldn't be more disappointed. I felt like every experience I had here was terrible and under a standard service not mention 5-star service. Worst of the worst!

Có thể cải thiện thêm để xứng đáng với giá tiền! Không khuyến khích đi vào cuối tuần Mình đến Mia nghỉ 1 đêm vào 9/7. Nhìn chung chuyến đi cũng ổn với phòng sạch sẽ, đẹp và đồ ăn ngon. Tuy nhiên, Mia rất đông vào hôm đó, có lẽ do cho khách lẻ vào bơi nhiều nên khá xô bồ. Hôm đó còn có đoàn tổ chức event. Vừa bơi và nhìn người ra set up ngay cạnh hồ thì thật không thoải mái chút nào. Phòng mình ở tầng 8. Các bạn nên né phòng này ra nhé. Vì tối có quán bar ở trên, tiếng nhạc xập xình xuống khá ồn. Tối đã vậy, sáng còn có tiếng công trình xây dựng trên đầu :( Không thể tưởng tượng được luôn. Chắc ở đây nghỉ ngơi không mong nhận lại được sự thư thái và yên tĩnh rồi.

Khách sạn vô cùng đẹp, sạch sẽ, nhân viên thân thiện, chuyên nghiệp. Hồ bơi rộng rãi, sâu 1.2 hồ lớn nên trẻ em phải biết bơi và đeo phao. Hồ bơi nhỏ thích hợp cho trẻ 2-3 tuổi. Khách sạn thích hợp cho gia đình nghỉ dưỡng không quá xa thành phố. Có 1 điểm trừ duy nhất là nhận phòng trễ tận 3pm và trả phòng sớm lúc 11am. Như vậy là đã cấn trừ vào 2h đồng hồ nghỉ ngơi của khách. Đồ ăn tại nhà hàng ngon, nên thử món bánh khọt nước cốt dừa.

The stay was generally an awesome experience but how the staff handled the room deposit was absolutely horrid. Still is! To recap, we booked and paid for 2 rooms for a group of 4 people for a 2-night stay in early December. On the day of check-in, one of us paid an advance deposit of 5mil VND for both rooms (for potential damage or whatever) which is truthfully very standard across upper scale hotels. What is not standard, however, is how they handled the deposit post-checkout. After checkout, there was no deposit returned. So we decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and wait for couple weeks before lodging a complaint. 10 days post-checkout, we decided to send them a gentle reminder about this incident when we found out they COMPLETELY FORGOT about returning the deposit. How in the world could you possibly forget to void the checkout? Don’t you have a system to automatically do that for you as soon as the room is cleared? We waited 10 days to contact them. And ever since we did, it’s been another 10 days of underwhelming level of transparency, improper communication, and just sheer incompetence. And no, we haven’t received the deposit. My advice is, pay the deposit in cash, and hope to God they will return it upon your checkout.

Khách sạn đẹp, nhưng dịp nhà mình đi bị mưa, trời âm u. Chỉ có menu nhà hàng hơi chán, toàn món Tây :(, cũng không đa dạng cho lắm nha. Còn lại mọi thứ khác ok. Sẽ quay lại để sống ảo 1 lần nữa view triệu đô ven sông Saigon

Best place for a great staycation away from the noise and bustling crowd. The service staff especially the ones at the kitchen and pool area are great 👍

Khách sạn nhỏ nhắn xinh xắn giữa lòng sài gòn. Dịch vụ khá chu đáo và tỉ mỉ: đồ ăn sáng rất tươi ngon, có tổ chức trò chơi cho các bé, nhân viên hướng dẫn tận tình. Khoản chưa hài lòng là chính sách không thoải mái: gia đình có 2 bé, trong đó 1 bé trên 6 tuổi nên phòng deluxe không được phụ thu hoặc kê thêm giường phụ mà phải book thêm 1 phòng nữa.

我们在这里住得很愉快。工作人员非常友好，非常乐于助人。在这里度过周末非常安全。我们的客房早餐非常棒。河景和日落美不胜收。等一切恢复正常后，我们一定会再来的。
