Truly enjoyed our stay. We only regretted not being able to stay longer. The villa we booked was spacious and had an exceptional view from both rooms and the balcony. A bit far from the other chalets but that's what we like. There were some hiccups with my booking which was resolved by the FO staff with professionalism and understanding. On the whole, staff are pleasant and helpful. Certainly would love to go back again.

Beautiful chalet that offered exclusive access to a private beach. The serene atmosphere and stunning ocean views made it an unforgettable experience. I truly enjoyed the gentle sea breeze as I strolled along the shoreline, taking a brisk walk on the soft sand while listening to the soothing sound of the waves. It was the perfect blend of relaxation and rejuvenation.

The villa is like flying business class, but staying at the chalet feels like two level down economy, if there's any.

Pros: Spacious chalet with a living hall, a veranda, a bedroom, a combined bathroom & toilet. Cons: The pillows were not comfy. Recommended to bring your own if you easily suffer from back pain.

Pleasant surrounding, relax vibes, simple room but comfortable stay.

Overall a good place to stay and definitely worth the price. The room decoration might seems abit dated but everything works fine and all the basics amenities are provided. One small complain is some corner is abit dusty and the bedsheet have stains.

Good environment, the chalet is clean and modern in design. The chalet is spacious and nice, and the staff are friendly. The breakfast food is good. I recommend it and will come again.

The name of the hotel is totally unjustified: Royal Chulan Cherating CHALETs. There is not a single chalet on the property. The property is organized as 2 or three floor buildings in simple match box style-room to room. There are no lifts (which makes it troublesome when you carry luggage). The buildings are in all likelihood just simple concrete-which leaves rooms highly sensitive to neighbouring noises. The likely concrete building are presented "eye friendly" boarded with what looks like eternit panels. We had a bedroom with 2 single beds. But the room is so very small that even front access to the cabinet is not possible (unless you first move out the bedside table and next push the 2 beds together). Furniture is cheap/simple standard product. Internet worked with frustrating strength. There is no pool. But there is immediate access to the sea and a nice pleasant beach.

1) Check in staff was good and tolerance. However, check out staff very rude and don't have a good personality. Is the villa is your property the way you handle us? FYI, we check in on 6 plus PM, 2) Not worth the money, beach no good, too much rock plus no beach guard, breakfast and dinner limited choice, breakfast also has limited time. 3) Discrimination? There is two types of room preparation we heard when we arrive at hotel lobby. One is room preparation for VIP and another one is for common people like us I guess. 4) There is an insect/fly at the room ceiling (2 single bed) and toilet room. I have a picture with me if the hotel want to see it. Must understand pay around 2k per villa it must be clean well and supposedly there is no differences between VIP or common people. If you want to treat them only then only open for them nor for another guest like us. Thank you very much.

Great stayed experience for 1st time. My daughter very love this place for sure will come again.

The food is not really good, not to many choice for breakfast but the location of the villa very strategic. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Especially from buggy guys. They really helpful

Intimate chalet with reasonable price

We had most fun and memorable family gathering especially during this pandemic. Individual chalet was so spacious and clean. Will sure comes again to stay at Royale Chulan Cherating Chalet

Overall experience is good. Pro - nice scenery, affordable room rate, nasi minyak for 1st day breakfast is awesome. Need to improve - cleanliness, stains at curtain, sofa bed & wall. Breakfast for second day pun so so (packed food).

So far everything OK for staying here.
