Great location and easy to access once we got the arrival instructions. Clean, quiet, and stylish. Will book again.

Place was clean and spacious enough for a couple and 2 teens. Not much personality to the place but a great location, nice safe perks to have a doorman/front desk, free parking and gym in building (although we didn’t use the latter). Easy communication with owner. Some good restaurants in neighborhood. It was a fun search for the 2nd bathroom (won’t tell where it is, you’re going to have to find it).

Our second time to the property, new building, super clean, middle of growing area. Tons of dining options in Griffintown and a 10 minute walk to downtown.

Brand new apartment in residential area that is walking distance to downtown and many local restaurants.

When we arrived we were husselled into paying extra for parking (though we already payed). Took us 15 minutes to get the concierge to open the door :( oh and 1 shower just didn't work + the masterbedroom had 1 double bed (no queen size in sight). Other than that the property was clean and the kitchen nice. Would probebly not return

What an amazing space. Lovely views of the city, a great restaurant and market on each of the corners of Richmond street. Cannot wait to book this again!

This is a beautiful place to stay; right in the heart of very hip Griffintown. Great restaurants are within walking distance. The apartments are beautifully appointed and the staff is friendly and accommodating. We will stay there again anytime we are in Montreal.
