Kein Service, kleine Zimmer. In der Bar waren die Getränke entweder nicht verfügbar oder warm. Bei Beschwerden ist der Manager komplett lost und hilflos. Nie wieder, besser in der Umgebung buchen. Inkompetenz in Reinkultur! schlechtestes Frühstück in Breslau!

Das Hotel liegt zentral beim Markplatz, hat geräumige Zimmer. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unsere Fahrräder konnten wir sicher im Keller einstellen.

Excellent location, right on the entrance to the central square. Could not have been more convenient. Great staff at the front desk, very helpful whenever we asked about dining, shopping, etc.

Non essendo inclusa la prima colazione nella mia prenotazione non posso esprimere giudizi circa la qualità del servizio. Letto matrimoniale comodissimo e stanza che si affacciava su un cortile interno abbastanza silenzioso. Dalla finestra della camera si potevano notare le torri della Cattedrale di Santa Maria Maddalena. Esperienza abbastanza soddisfacente in pieno centro storico.

Location, location, location.

Good location hotel, got a convienience store right infront of the hotel that is open till late. The only things i can fault is the air con has a mind of its own, and the shower had a bit of mold in the corners.

Location is excellent and property was good - staff, service, breakfast, cleanliness - definitely the ideal place.

Wonderful hotel, in the perfect location just off the main square. The hotel was spotless, very clean. Very friendly staff. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to everyone. Wroclaw is a beautiful city, and this hotel was perfect.

Das Personal am Empfang war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit dabei, den Parkplatz für das Auto zu finden. Der in der Bar zu genießen. Der Willkomm Drink wurde vom Barkeeper mit nicht großer Freundlichkeit quittiert. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, das Brot wurde frisch gebacken und so auch alle anderen Lebensmittel wurden permanent nachgetragen und auf Frische wurde geachtet. Eine Kellnerin wurde von einem Gast immer wieder befragt, und es war bewundernswert, mit welcher Geduld sie diesem Gast alle Fragen beantwortet hat! Das Hotel liegt zentral für das Rathaus, zur Dominsel ist es ein kleiner Spaziergang.

I spent three nights and I enjoyed it very much. The location cannot be better. It’s around the corner from the old city hall, and Maria Magdalene church where you can climb on top of the Tower, a short walk to Wroclaw University, Ostrów Tumski. Main train station is also an easy 15-20 minutes walk. View from the hotel is nice.
