Just OK and the cost a bit high

The overall staying experience is good. We stayed in one bedroom suite. We could not find the washing machine inside the room, perhaps we missed it? Also, the location of electrical wall outlets was not convenience, it would be better to relocate them to table top levels.

Nice location , with walking distance to shops and restaurants.

Quiet Hotel with good service

Fantastic staff. Very clean apartment. Pool and spa are amazing. Great and underrated location too!

I recently stayed at a hotel in Box Hill and it was honestly the cleanest place l've ever stayed in. The room was immaculate, with a spotless bathroom and a full kitchen that had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The balcony offered fantastic views, and the air conditioning worked perfectly the entire time. One of the highlights was definitely the infinity pool and large spa on the 19th floor - the views from up there were incredible, especially at night. The staff were also extremely welcoming, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Box Hill.

Great for a quick stay. Room was clean, staff are helpful and friendly & location is close to shops.

Excellent property. Prior to arrival there was a 2 day lag in communication response time, for some reason never explained.

The pool and spa view were gorgeous, pool is heated too. If there’s 3 people and 3 beds, only they can stay others have to leave at 9

It is a really good accommodation. It would be even better if they provided a free carpark.
