This hotel was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. The shower was broken—water was leaking from the showerhead, and the drain was completely clogged, causing the shower to flood the bathroom floor every time we tried to use it. The sink barely worked for washing hands, but the main problem was the shower flooding the entire floor.
The toilet seat was broken, and when we tried to reach out to customer service (which is only available on WhatsApp due to virtual check-in), no one responded for the entire 48 hours we were there. There is literally no one at a front desk ever.
After hours of begging, the cleaning lady finally let us use her phone to contact someone—but then took her phone away, leaving us stranded again. Only after we became extremely angry did she contact her boss. After endless negotiation, we were allowed to shower in another room, but were never given a new room. They promised to send a technician to unclog the shower, but nothing was actually done during our stay.
The room itself was tiny, cramped, and poorly maintained. It was not fully clean, with toilet paper leftover from previous guests, dirt, and general neglect. Overall, this was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. Customer service was nonexistent, the rooms are ridiculously small, and the facilities are in terrible condition.
Do yourself a favor and avoid this hotel at all costs. Horrible experience.
