Café da manhã bom; local central; internet ok; fica num calçadão e dificulta descarregar a bagagem (tem que puxar as malas pelo calçadão); estacionamento público pago, próximo.

En pleno centro de Braga. La habitación estaba muy limpia y era cómoda. El personal del hotel muy amable. Nos gustó la calidad-precio del desayuno.

Excepcional, localização excelente, conforto, limpeza impecável, funcionários cordiais.

It was good as the hotel was in the centre and you could walk everywhere.

O atendimento da recepção é ótimo, localização perfeita ! O quarto é abafado , sem ventilação , pequeno e parece ter uma padaria dentro, o cheiro de pão de madrugada é insuportável ! O pequeno almoço, deixa muito a desejar , não repõem as comidas, falta talheres , copos e tem pouca variedade , poucos atendentes. A nota não condiz com o site , daria nota 7.

Pessoal do atendimento esforçado e com vontade de bem atender. Quarto pequeno, com frigobar e cofre, e com ar condicionado, com a mesma temperatura para todos os quartos, o que pode ser complicador. No café da manhã a reposição dos alimentos é muito lenta. Troca de talheres também muito lenta. Qualidade a desejar. Localização perfeita. Quem viaja de carro necessita guardar no estacionamento do Braga Shopping, significando arrastar malas pela rua. Não condiz, de modo geral, com a avaliação dada no site.

Location perfect. Premium room with balcony - room spacious and beds comfortable.Very quiet. Balcony a lovely retreat after a busy day to chill in sun with city views. Staff very helpful- Pedro paricularly ( recommended good restaurant and successfully printed off bus tickets for us) Good breakfast. It would be nice if cafe had more selection of alcoholic drinks and was open later than 7 - a minor point as there are bars nearby and a pingo doce supermarket 5 mins walk away. We had brunch in adjoining cafe twice which had a good range and well priced. It would be useful if hotel staff could advise about where booked taxis could pick up as it is on a pedestrian street. Our Airpot transfer taxi did not turn up - fortunately the taxi rank is 5 mins walk away but we then paid almost double. Altogether a lovely stay in a good hotel.

Lovely hotel, right in the middle of shopping and dining options. We had a top floor room with a little terrace that was great. The hotel staff were very friendly and nice.

Wonderful experience

We had a lovely stay in Braga over the Easter holiday. The hotel is really well situated, nicely decorated, with friendly staff but the heating and air conditioning system is operated for the whole hotel so we were unable to change the settings and got quite hot in the room. Having said that, it wasn’t a major issue. We had a standard room so the shower room was small but functional and with nice toiletries although no hairdryer. A personal welcoming message was left for us in the room which was really sweet. So all in all I would stay there again and recommend this hotel.
