A thoroughly enjoyable one night stay at The Beach hut. Many thoughtful extras made for a relaxed and comfortable break. Fresh milk in a fridge, also some half bottles of wine, were most welcome! The room was delightful, calm and well decorated, also peaceful, despite facing the road. Parking at the rear slightly hazardous as there’s a rookery to avoid! We took some mementos home on our car windscreen. Wonderful choice of breakfasts!

Superb stay! Welcome and instructions were great. The room and Beachouse and breakfast area were really nicely decorated and inviting. Breakfast both service and food were first class. We will definitely be back when the sun is shining. An absolute Gem!

The room was extremely clean, warm and well stocked.. Breakfast was amazing and the family who run the B&aB were very lovely professional and accommodating.

Even though it was winter, the beach house was the perfect stopover for a few nights. We were warmly welcomed each morning by the lovely hosts, who served a wonderful breakfast and genuinely took the time to make sure our short stay was perfect. If our golden retriever could leave a review, it would simply say: best sausages ever. And being so close to the beach made it even better. We’d happily return in any season.

Lovely stay, clean, modern decor but cosy. Parking was good, owner and staff were all lovely and accommodating. Good choice for breakfast, including healthy options. Great shower and comfy king size bed. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

We stayed for just one night at the Beach House. The facilities were very comfortable and spacious, and dog friendly. The instructions to get into the room were clear and the breakfast in the morning was delicious. Lots of lovely little thoughtful touches which we appreciated. Near to great walks on the beach and a lovely evening dinner at 'The Wittering' pub 5 mins walk away.

Great communication in advance by the Beach House team. An enjoyable and comfortable visit with the most wonderful English breakfast served to start the day! I would highly recommend and look forward to returning in the future.

Pam and Lorna are great hosts . The breakfast was amazing and the room spotless. Add to that 15 minutes walk to an awesome sandy beach it’s probably the ideal place to stay . We will be coming back , with the dog next time !

We had such a wonderful stay at The Beach House! The location is perfect-just a short walk to West Wittering beach-and the rooms were spotless, cozy, and beautifully decorated. Pam and Lorna made us feel so welcome with lots of thoughtful touches, like snacks in the room and chilled water/excellent quality tea/coffee. Breakfast was absolutely delicious, one of the best we've ever had, and set us up perfectly for the day. It really felt like a home from home, and we can't wait to come back. Highly recommend for a relaxing seaside break!

I booked the Beach House, due to going to Goodwood for a few days. It had good reviews. I was not disappointed. Parking at the rear of the property was a little narrow, but once round the back, plenty of space. Also parking at the front. Good instructions pre arrival and knew where to find our room. Useful manual in the room. Lovely, comfortable room. Shower was big and good facilities in the room. Felt very homely. Shared communal lounge, downstairs, if we so wished. Breakfast room was lovely, bright and airy. Breakfast choice and range was great. Tasted amazing. Owner and staff were so so helpful and warming. Would highly recommend the Beach House. My Sin and I loved our stay. It’s also only a 2 minute drive from West Witterings Beach- one of my favourites. Can’t wait until I can come back.

We had a great stay in this lovely little B&B, very homely and comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was amazing. Complimentary jar of biscuits and sweets was a great touch. My little girl was very excited about this. Leaving plates and cutlery out for take aways in the evening is a fabulous idea after a long day on the beach. Definitely made life easier. Lovely friendly landlady. Fabulous communication and instructions for checking in received too. Would definitely recommend a stay here. Hope to return!
