酒店整潔乾淨，工作人員很熱情而且親切有禮貌，旅客不算太多，可以享受到寧靜休閒的空間，房間有兩個溫泉，室外那個溫泉非常大，可以跟小朋友一齊浸浴，晚餐食物也很不錯

The dinner is the best among the onsen hotel I hv ever stayed. The portion is just so right n the food is japanese and western fusion, which is very creative and amazing. The room is so modern n newly renovated. I would go again if I hv chance

The hotel service and also the restaurant is very good. They provided the parking lot and also the free drinks in the rooftop lounge. It’s quite relaxing in the hotel. However, the hot spring pool is too small for 2 ppl to use, and they have no public hot spring in the hotel.

The room is very spacious and clean. The private hot bath in the room is extremely comfortable. The 2nd floor cafe and roof top cafe are good places to have a chill drink and relax. I love the dinner menu while the breakfast has only limited choices. Staff are very polite and helpful. This hotel is definitely a good choice to relax!

Excellent onsen hotel with friendly staff

Everything was just perfect. Dinner was superb. Location and view was just unbelievable. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

立地が凄く良く、部屋も広く、風呂も良い。 天気が良ければ、屋上テラスから星空もきれいに見える。洋食メニューも美味しく頂きました。 おすすめできるホテルです！

高齢の両親との滞在でしたが、細やかなお心遣いがあり、快適に過ごせました。離れは気持ちの良い露天風呂を楽しめたのが良かったです。フリーのスパークリングワインのサービスも良かったです。地獄めぐりもすぐ近くで朝のお散歩にピッタリでした。ラウンジもゆったりしていて、オススメのお宿です。

料理が期待したほどではなかった。肉料理は特に油の塊を食べているようでした。 スタッフさん達はとても親切で良かったと思います。 タオルをもう少し用意しておいて欲しかった。冷蔵庫の飲み物がアルコールとジュースしかなくて、せっかくのオールインクルーシブでも自販機にお茶を買いに行きました。

4年ぶり2回目の宿泊でしたが今回も食事、お部屋、お風呂、接客などほぼ全てが大満足でした。ウェルカムドリンクのハーブティーは口に合わず少し残念でしたが…屋上のドリンクバーでは絵葉書の塗り絵もあり楽しむことが出来ました。

夕食はとても美味しいフレンチでした。朝食も、和洋共に美味しかったです。サービスも充実していました。部屋のドリンクフリー、部屋付温泉風呂もとても良かったです。
