房間很棒……真的很酷……乾淨整潔，而且工作人員也很友好。

飯店服務熱情周到，房間寬敞舒適。

1. 無菸客房已全部訂滿，但飯店未事先通知。 2. 客房內不提供礦泉水。

這家飯店性價比超高。從外面看，酒店規模似乎不大。但進去之後，你會發現比想像中還要好。房間的大小和氛圍都讓我驚喜。我訂的是高級房，視野開闊，可以欣賞城市美景。電視也很棒，是智慧電視。早餐一般，種類不算豐富，但味道還不錯。強烈推薦這家酒店。

入住時間快到下午3點半了，但我們還是被告知要等30分鐘。無菸房噴灑了空氣清新劑以去除煙味。但房間裡仍然能聞到淡淡的煙味，尤其第二天更明顯。

非常滿意，所有食物都很美味。

服務非常好，而且非常友好。

我在這家飯店住了兩天。床很舒服，因為舒適的床墊是我最重視的，而這家旅館完全滿足了我的需求。食物和衛生狀況都非常好。希望飯店能夠保持並不斷提升這些優勢。

哈珀飯店不錯，早餐還可以，附近有一家不錯的咖啡館，乾淨整潔……唯一不足的是浴室裡沒有梳子。

too noisy rooms not soundproof

Menyenangkan, saya suka menginap di sini. Cocok untuk tempat beristirahat.

The location is best, with so many cafe and eating place surrounding it. Price also good considering it is with breakfast. Breakfast menu with good variety, although in our opinion, coffee can be little bit thicker considering we are in Medan not Java. Bed is always comfortable but this time our room is not soundproof. We can hear our neighbor through the connecting door. Need to keep reminding all guest to have noise down when walking in the hotel alley to their room or while waiting for lift. So far…. I am definitely will coming back again

Cukup worthy dan view-nya cakep

In our perspective as a local that stayed here for an event nearby, we actually didn't expect anything more than a place to sleep. But the experience was quite decent. The room itself is compact yet comfortable, but not really soundproof. The area is accessible to cafes, supermarket and even local cuisines. Service was good, eventhough the valet was a bit slow at the beginning.

Staff hotel sangat ramah dan membantu... Check in/check out cepat... Suasana hotel nyaman, kamar tidur, dan kamar mandi bersih... Sarapan pagi sedikit pilihan tapi rasa enak... Next time saya akan menginap di Harper Medan lagi... Terima kasih.

Kami menginap dgn upgrade di kamar deluxe no smoking. Air mandi dingin, tak bisa panas (selama 2 hari) walaupun sudah diperbaiki. Pintu macet2 harus 2x lapor front desk baru diperbaiki. Diluar 2 kendala itu yg lain cukup nyaman. Jujur kecewa menginap di harper, dgn harga per malam 1jt lebih tp air panas pun mati

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is around 5 minutes distance from the city. The room is very comfy, clean and neat.
