Great hotel.

Great property. Perfect locatIon. I wish the pool was better sunlit; it’s in a wind tunnel between two high rises.

This property was awesome, the staff was top notch. The food was incredible. Needs to be more transparent about parking fees.

Shower was leaking

Desafortunadamente nos tocó la remodelación del lobby y estaba lleno de ruido sin poder contar con ese servicio o lugar para esperar. Al final de la estancia ya se veía un avanace y creo que quedará bien pero si debieron advertir!!! La Antencion del personal excelente y el desayuno delicioso !!!! Está muy bien ubicado para ir caminando a varios lugares buenos.

Great place

Great hotel, location my only negative is there is no parking and i ended up paying $140 extra on safe parking.. i wasnt aware at all that there was no hotel parking. Outside of that 10 out of 10

New facility and very nice just need to have their exterior windows cleaned. Look forward to new bar on main floor.

Lo bueno es que las camas son muy cómodas y eso es esencial en un hotel. Sin embargo había manchas en la alfombra y en mi primera entrada tenía un olor que no me gustó. Por otro lado. la ubicación es excelente cerca de todo y en una zona ideal para caminar. El área de la alberca necesita mantenimiento.

Our favorite hotel to stay while in San Diego

This was my first time at this hotel, and won’t be my last! The property and rooms were cleans, the check in and check out process was easy, and the staff (special shoutout to Desiree) were awesome. Cant wait to come back!

Arrived early before the 4pm check in. They took down my number and said they’d call when the room was ready. My fiancé and I waited in the lobby for the last hour until 4pm and watched 3 people get their room keys before us and I never got a call or text that our room was ready. After I saw others get their room keys, I asked the front desk about the room and she said it just became available and then gave us the key.

On our first morning there, loud music from the gym woke us at 7am. Management was unhelpful.

I expected an awesome experience but was not told about the lobby reno’s in advance. So I am there as a non refundable guest with no options. There were lots of other cool unique properties I would have stayed at if I had known. Bathtub very old- too old to clean. I was in 1409 and could here the noise in the background. At the least I would have expected a partial refund, but none was offered. Cool concept and expect the reno’s will be great in the future. I was alone on business without my family so it was only my disappointment.

Great venue. Newer hotel. Gym was amazing.
