Convenient location, good value during a very busy month

Staff were very helpful.

The property was clean and easily fit two people. I liked the way the lights worked with the exception of the bathroom - those lights would be great to be separate. Otherwise a good stay!!

Property was ok for a short stay visit. Cleanliness in bathroom could do with looking at but overall comfortable Staff friendly

OK hotel, close to tram and rail services. The room reminds me of a budget cabin on a coastal steamer, extremely small. Breakfast was good, the service could have been faster. Way too expensive.

The shower drain didnt work. Bathroom floor wet, I was unable to shower.

Room was clean, but incredibly small and no window. Main lobby, bathrooms in lobby, and even the elevators were dirty. Staff member on arrival was not friendly.

It was a nice hotel, close to everything yiu would want to see in Edinburgh. The staff was helpful. The room was clean but a little tight. However, there was lots of storage that made it easier to store our bags. The breakfast was a continental breakfast but it was lacking in protein options. I have blood sugar issues and would have really enjoyed and needed hard boiled eggs to keep my blood sugar in check through the day. Complimentary tea and apples was a plus. Thanks for a nice stay!

Wir konnten unser Gepäck kostenlos unterstellen, da wir zu früh da waren. Das einchecken später ging super schnell und reibungslos . Alle waren super freundlich. Kommen gerne woeder.

Room was ok, there was mold in the corners of the shower, the bed wasn't very comfortable. The staff was very nice.

Convenient hotel close to most sights. Very friendly and helpfull staff. Good breakfast option.

Enkel standard, men fine rom. Stille og rolig. Vi brukte 5 min å gå til Prinsess street som er hovedgata. Alt lå gangavstand fra hotellet. Veldig enkel frokost på hotellet. Anbefales.

Rummet var tyst och bra storlek. Bra ventilation. Sköna sängar. Frukosten helt ok, men saknade ost som pålägg till brödet. Saknade att tv:n inte var utrustad med Google Chromecast.

This is a perfectly good, basic, hotel -- perfect if you just want a clean and comfortable room to sleep & shower while you explore the city. "Superior" double room is a bit cozy/cramped for 2 people; room "refresh" is by request. Its location makes it very walkable (short walk from the Haymarket train station) if you're in town to explore. Wifi is included and good. Breakfast buffet was good, if carb-heavy; lunch/dinner extremely limited so you're better off at one of the many restaurants in the area. Overall: it's an interesting concept (minimalist but quality hotel: bright, clean, comfortable, safe, secure) and I'd be willing to stay here or at one of their other hotels again.

La habitacion era ridicula de tamaño, no habia espacio para moverse 2 personas. El buffet libre del desayuno era un engaño era un continental breakfast, y respecto a la limpieza fatal, no hacian las habitaciones, pese a q lo dejabamos indicado en el panel, luego dijeron q teniamos q pedir q las hicieran de forma expresa. Para nada recomendable, ademas no es barato
