Pretty property. Great beach. Convenient shuttle to sister property- which has outstanding food! Pool restaurant/bar bartenders were awful. Never acknowledged our presence anytime we walked up for food/drinks. Weslay had every customer shout food orders across the bar so he could key into computer. Front desk dropped us off at the bar for lunch while we waited for our room to be ready- most unwelcoming staff ever. The breakfast hostess is what the pool restaurant/bar needs! Warm, attentive and cheery!

A big disappointment. We expected luxury and the Palms fell far short of expectations. Rooms are dated and in need of updating. Service was consistently poor. Staff seemed uninterested in helping you and most lacked basic information about the resort. Breakfast was sparse and not enjoyable. Restaurants were ok but overpriced. Best meal we had was off resort. Would not return. Much better options along Grace Bay,

Terrific staff - front desk, Concierge, servers, bartenders and beach team. Quiet, immaculately clean, spacious rooms and bathroom. All staff attentive and SO NICE! Relaxing, beautiful property, quick ride from airport and quick trip to downtown shopping.

What a beautiful property! We enjoyed our stay here. There’s a reason it’s a 5-star resort! We were able to walk to the local fish fry but everywhere else was convenient with a quick taxi ride away. The hotel has taxi’s waiting in the parking lot so it’s easy to have a car waiting at any point. We enjoyed the swim up pool bar and grabbing a beach chair was so easy! Their attendants even cover your chairs with new towels and get you floats or whatever you need. They have kayaks, long boards, floats all for their guests as needed. We even received turn down service in the room! I’ve never stayed at a place that fluffs the pillows, removes the decorative ones, they put slippers by your bed for when you get up along with a chocolate and a bottle of water. They also make sure the lamps are on and all the curtains in the room are closed. After returning for dinner, this is so nice to have! Breakfast is also included in the stay and delicious! The staff is very friendly. The restaurant by the beach is also delicious. We had the tuna wontons, the grouper wrap and the Caesar wrap and all were delicious!! I also enjoyed the spa. Book with Maureen!!! You won’t regret it - Maureen gave the best massage I’ve ever had! She truly has a gift! Overall 10/10 stay and we will be back!

The review for The Palms is pretty much a review for Turks and Caicos. Overall one of the most beautiful places we’ve been, but unfortunately still with a poor infrastructure to accommodate so many tourists. Grace Bay is definitely the place to stay in Provo. The Palms is a gorgeous hotel, with nice, spacious rooms, a wonderful pool, right at the beach! The cons: horrible internet connection — seriously don’t expect to be able to browse much; breakfast only until 10.30 (and after 10am food stops being replaced). Although we loved the beach, rooms and pool, everything seems a bit overrated and overpriced.

Totally amazing on all levels including but not limited to the ambiance, service and staff. The food way exceeded my expectations at every restaurant on property. It was all a delight.
