We stayed at the Windsong for five nights the end of June. The property is amazing and the staff is even better! Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. It was great to be able to snorkel right at the hotel. If you are needing transportation reach out to Adrian Wilson Transportation. Him and his staff honest and dependable. We hope to return soon!

Can’t say enough about how fantastic this stay was! Perfect location on an amazing beach, beautiful property, and staff that was so friendly throughout. Loved the rooftop bar and having breakfast right above the beach. Gary, the buyers/concierge was the BEST! This will be the only place we stay when we visit the Turks, and we can’t wait to go back!

the greed in the area is unreal the the 12% is insane and the taxi cabs are over priced

The check-in staff was exceptional. The room had everything you could possibly need. The only negative was the mattress… it was a bit harder than the norm. I think the continental breakfast is an added bonus as it provides a nice breakfast option to start the day. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

We arrived at the resort on June 16th with our 3 children. The resort was clean and the beach was was very beautiful. Our room was very large, clean, and had a great view of the ocean. I highly recommend this resort. The snorkeling was phenomenal. The only downside was the restaurant staff. Some of the staff seemed angry to be there which ruined the mood of the resort. Also, there were too many flies at the restraunt, which also ruined the mood. Food and taxis are expensive throughout the island so do not be surprised. The fish fry on Thursday was great! Great food and drinks. We still had a great family vacation and would definitely stay at the Windsong again.

The room was beautiful and everyone was very accommodating. I would definitely stay there again if I come back to Turks and Caicos!

The staff here is absolutely great!! They treated very excellent, quite frankly one the best stays I have ever experienced. You were located well within many attractions, nothing was very far from this location. I snorkeled a lot right off the beach of this hotel and there was wonderful things to see. My wife and I want to come back soon and I would recommend this location as a stay to anyone who asks. Thanks Windsong for a great experience!!

The staff and facility were phenomenal. Very clean and accommodating stay. The staff went above and beyond to ensure guests were happy and comfortable. Beautiful ocean view. Highly recommend Windsong for your future stay.

Garey was great help. Don’t use the safes in the room. We had $200 “disappear” from ours and came into the room several times with it open when we had locked it.

After Expedia screwed up my reservation the hotel manager went out of her way to accommodate me switched me and my family to the best suite in the hotel which I enjoyed my stay very much!

The room was very spacious and the balcony was awesome. The room was kept clean and the staff was very helpful. Beautiful property....definitely recommend it!
