We enjoyed our stay in the hotel, breakfast as great, so was the WiFi. We had dinner at the hotel which was also excellent

Cleanliness were perfect and services as expected or better than expected. It is an old-fashioned hotel with older baths, but still bathrooms feel good enough. Gym was a bit poorly equipped however with no weights.

Hotel near the center of the town. Spacious rooms, helpful staff. A trip to the Białowieża Park organized by the hotel was overpriced

We had a lovely stay at the Hermitage Hotel. We stayed 3 nights and we very happy with its central location and beautiful rooms. We had a suite, which was great, but were surprised a rollaway bed cost around $50US per night extra. Most hotels have them for free. The buffet breakfast was simple but satisfying. The rooms were lovely and clean, the building is beautiful with a historic feel, and overall we were very happy there.

The hotel was very nice, clean, comfortable in a good location. It also had parking and a nice breakfast. The laundry service is too expensive.

Отель расположен в самом центре города, 2 минуты пешком до аллеи с фонарями. Завтраки в ресторане хорошие, разнообразные даже в условиях пандемии (когда многие отели перешли на сух паёк)

Хороший отель! Ездили на НГ праздники (2020) в Брест. Бронировали заранее, в т.ч. с оплатой. Из очень приятного - просили номер с ванной - получили ванну и балкон. Хотелось бы в целом отметить, что сотрудники отеля всегда старались помочь и идти на встречу. Более того, я не видел негатива или усталости (вроде же НГ праздники и т.п.). За подход к работе и работе с персоналом - 5 с "+". По отелю - хорошая европейская четверка (сравниваю с Италией, Францией, Германией и т.п., где бывал ранее). С парковкой проблем особо нет, питание (завтраки) - хорошее, рум сервис работает хорошо. В самом номере убирались каждый день, с этим все было ок. Все работало (вкл. Wi-Fi), было много русских каналов по ТВ. Кстати, мы жили в 205 номере - караоке особо не слышно (нас предупредили о караоке до 3 утра на нулевом этаже). Вполне рекомендую отель как для посещения самого Бреста, так и остановки (контрольной точки) перед границей в Европу (ЕС).

As usual in this hotel I find each time a great attention and good service, that makes the stay pleasant and relaxing. Had a dinner and lunch that were good with sufficiently wide selections. What should be improved is the spa... Location is good for all you need and close to city center.

Funcionários muito simpáticos, prestativos, solícitos e com bom inglês. Quarto grande, cama confortável e hotel em boa localização. O café da manhã é diversificado e saboroso.

Front desk was friendly and responsive. Location excellent. Hotel was what I would call stately--old fashioned but really nice. Breakfast was included in our room fee and had great variety. I was surprised at how nice people in Belarus were. Bed was comfortable, room was a decent size, bath was marbled and had a full tub/shower. Free wifi provided. I would stay there again.

Hotel is over priced for this city and country. This is solely because there is just no other comparable decent hotel. However, it is old and shows its age, even though it is very clean and functional. Staff are very polite and helpful. Location is good.

Charming, nice, very good food, low prices.

Hotel z wysokim standardem, usytuowany blisko centrum miasta. Obsługa hotelowa zawsze uśmiechnięta i miła. Pokój był czysty i nowoczesny. Możliwość skorzystania z parkingu bez dodatkowych opłat. Bardzo dobry szwedzki stół!

Great hotel, but expensive for Brest...

Hotel muito bem localizado, perto da av. principal mas numa area tranquila, silenciosa e arborizada! Estacionamento em frente ao hotel mas publico (sem custos) aparentemente seguro (nao aconteceu nada com o carro). Quarto confortavel e café da manha Ok!

I enjoyed my stay in the hotel Hermitage! First of all, the people working there are very nice, polite and professional. The hotel is very nice decorated, clean and comfortable, the breakfast is very good.
