位於市中心，交通出行方便，周围吃饭选择多，酒店有重新装修，但是冰箱没有换，经常起动声音很响，特别是晚上睡觉时，影响睡眠质量。老空调不能调风及温度，吹得感冒了

整體來說, 印象良好 地點及價錢市適中 前枱的服務員態度非常好, 耐心替顧客解決難題 Executive Lounge 十分受用, 旅客退房後仍可享用淋浴設施, 有個地方休息 每晚有服務員每間房派朱古力, 問有甚麼需要, 很窩心

很方便的地方！ 旁邊有漂亮的港口跟shopping mall. 房間跟服務則ok, 不特別好不特別差！

Good views in room, and delicious food in restaurants. Relatively good hygiene in restaurants, but once saw cockroaches in the room. The staff responded quickly and arranged another room for us.

酒店位于市中心港口，周围有购物中心，但是设施比较老旧，马桶冲水声音很响，半夜使用后影响睡眠。淋浴喷头固定不能调节。品牌淋浴产品不错

毛求路易港最好的商务酒店，生活便利。

服务效率很慢，周末特别严重，两天周末没有夜床服务。不知道是周末没有足够人员上班？

Amenities were very convenient and the staff was very polite.

Perfect location on the Caudan Waterfront. The hotel is very well appointed and comfortable, food in both restaurants is excellent, also with a pleasant bar terrace, although the service can be a bit supercilious.

I was the victim of theft of a gold necklace by a staff member (probably a member of the cleaning staff). This unacceptable situation has not yet been resolved. I will take legal action and publicize the matter if this valuable item is not returned to me within 24 hours.

Great hotel in the heart of Port Louis. Rooms are large and well-equipped. The staff are extremely helpful, relaxed and professional, they make you feel welcome for sure. The hotel restaurants are good and in the immediate area around the hotel there are lots of cafes and restaurants. Highly recommended!

The staff was lovely, I had come much earlier due to my flight and my room was available when I arrived. The room was beautiful, with great water views. The only downside was there was no shower gel when I wanted to shower late at night, had to use the hand soap! It was corrected early the next day. Breakfast was decent. Would have been 5 stars if not for the shower gel debacle. Will come back.

Aweful service by some staff members. Overcharged bill, wrong room service order delivered, 45 mins wait for a soup at the restaurant, elevators not working for entire hotel……long list of issues in just 2 days of stay at this hotel that I have not faced in past 20 years of travel. Will not go back again. Run down hotel now. Way past its glory
